Sterling Norris, the Director of Monitoring for Judicial Watch, was with the D.A.’s office more than 30 years. He is dismayed that judges accept money above and beyond their salaries, giving up their integrity and independence. Norris charges that the D.A. should take action, telling the judges they have a problem. He acknowledges the good old boy buddy system between the D.A., judges and defense attorneys is alive and well, and they don’t want to rock the boat.
