Make a deal with Mrxico to build a prison in mexico to put the border hopper in everytime they come across...do not keep the illigals here in our prison. Our prison are much better than theirs.They prefere our prisons.

Three Strikes law is simply bad policy. Has it reduced recidivism? It simply helps grow the prison-industrial complex and increase the burden on the taxpayer, while creating a criminal underclass who are willing to commit more extreme crimes because they literally have "nothing to lose." It is also retroactive law, based on a person's prior history, and thus, UNCONSTITUTIONAL. It's bad for Americans, and will not help control illegal immigration. Fortify and secure our borders instead!

As a teacher with LAUSD, I'm well aware of the problems created by illegal aliens--criminal and otherwise--. I'm currently working as a substitute in San Fernanado Valley schools, and have exper- ienced lockdowns a number of times because of gang members literally shooting at one another outside of the school, and even ON the elementary school playground! I also see the difference the presence of illegals from Mexico, etc. has made in Thousand Oaks, which used to be the safest city. But it's not anymore.

Criminals of illegal status should not be allowed back in under any circumstances. This is a total no-brainer and we must stand vigilant to not allow their re-entry. Throw them in jail and then deport them.
