I want to know exactly where my tax dollars are goining, and Mr. Cooley should take a pay cut to help cover the costs. And have an impartial party scout for a safe location to build a school. |

We do not need more schools we need fewer births and fewer children. The reason we have such a poor school system is because these parents are pumping out more than 2 children per 2 parents, when they should clear their heads and have preferably 1 child per 2 healthy parents; but these inconsiderate parents do not care about the future of Los Angeles; the future of California; or the future of the U.S. and our planet; reliable demographers have informed us that there are 250,000 births world wide every day and if this trend continues the U.S in 2057 will have a population of over 1 BILLION PEOPLE; our elected officials are so blinded by the present that they do not see the disasters which lie ahead. |

Props should be required to state where the monies will come from to pay for all of these issues which sound great to all of the many peoples who do not understand that the tax payers eg property owners and renters will have their taxes and rents raised inorder to fund these bonds. |

As a local taxpayer and a LAUSD teacher, I am appalled by the continued mismanagement, fraud, and abuse of this nation's second largest school district. The ongoing corruption in LAUSD is nothingless than sickening and needs to ne immediately stopped. LAUSD should be investigated with the same vigor as Nixon's White House was during the Watergate scandals. LAUSD should not be allowed act above the law and beyond public accountability. |
