Honestly, you need to realize that they are not hurting people, it takes an ignorant person to believe that theses hard working Undocumented citizens are stealing jobs, and actually research and study how they are making jobs for them selves not stealing! God has commanded us to love our neighbor not love your neighbor only when they are documented |

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and illegal aliens have shredded the fabric of this city. The illegal aliens gang members have distroyed this city and have taken jobs from American born citizens. This is awful and special order 40 should be overruled. So many have lost their lives because of illegal immigrants. |

They are persons under the U.S. Constitution. Being "out of status" is a misdemeanor and not even a felony takes away your personhood or humanity. To label someone "illegal" is irrational and illogical, dehumanizing and, yes, racist.
Respect our constitution, equal rights and protections for all persons is the only way to guarantee order in our country. |

Clearly the LA police & judicial establishment believes it can blow off the immigration laws. These people are probably protected by senators and Congressionsl reps. Essentially, illegals in LA are immune from the law unless they commit a felony, and even then it's hard to get them deported. If we're not serious about our own immigration laws, how in the world can we expect them to be respected by the rest of the world? It's a good way to lose a country. |

In our current world where political softening of ones comments is all that is acceptable, I can not write my comments. The certainty of my resolve on this subject is so strong that I do not believe the majority of our practically anesthetized population has "the stomach" for the simple solution to this problem. This problem could be completely eliminated in less than a year if only real leadership would stand up and tell the truth. We all know right from wrong and what to do. We just don't have the true American resolve to do it, as we once did. And the whole world knows. |

I would consider the people that enter this country Illegally as an invasion and appropriate action should be taken. This is an action of War and should be treated as such!!!!!!! |

If Obama goes through with his amnesty plan, that's the end of his political career. |

This is just stupid. These people should lose their jobs, from local to national levels. |
