Enforce all immigration laws. Children born of illegal parents do not have a right to US citizenship. Make it mandatory that ALL states comply with the Immigration laws.

You're missing the point, and you've obviously never been to southern Mexico. Communism is alive and well down there and it's all the Mexican army can do to contain it. Just like the last presidential election in Mexico showed, the ruling class of Spanish descendants keep the natives under their thumbs. I know some of them and that's just the way it is. Mexicans who come up here for the most part would just as soon stay home if they weren't starving. If we had a decent trade policy with mexico instead of one where our politicians were bought off, wages in Mexico would support families there and they wouldn't be coming up here. NO ONE wants to leave their homeland unless they absolutely have to.

One of the things not educated in the schools is that part of the indigenous population of this contenent are the Mexicans, who share the same genetic code with other native american tribes .. in fact you can call Mexico the largest Native American nation on earth.
The ancestors of ethnic europeans today in america should be proud of their fathers fathers fathers who have helped shape this nation from the era of facism, aparhied policies and segregatons of other groups that where not european to work towars a more perfect union but what I hear now is the voices of fear and hate mongering.
unlike other immigrent groups the native americans and the mexicans have an allie to the south in the event of any kind of violent aggression towards these groups can be fatel and a start of gorilla warfare here in the united states. It would be well advised that we prevent this from boiling over because the Mexicans are not going to sit around and continue taking this abuse.
The current Aztec Nation is a peace loving nation so why do you want to provoke them.

I have heard it all, every election the debate rages on, the immigration experience of those new or recent to this country is no differant from the immigration experience of europeans. One more thing: If you don't think Congress is at fault, consider this: I am in my 50's and 30-40 years ago turnover in Congress was around 50% every election. It used to be considered beneath their dignity for a congressman to accept a job as a lobbyist after leaving office. Now, turnover in Congress is around 10% and has been for 15 years. K Street in Washington hires mostly ex-congressmen and other government officials to lobby congress and spends over $2.5 billion every year doing so. In other words, it's been the same old crowd in Washington running things for the past 15-20 years and those that do leave office go right down the street and become a highly paid lobbyist. I say enough already!!

As one who has spent a fair amount of time in Mexico on business over the last two decades, I can tell you that Mexicans would much rather stay in their own country!! They come up here because they are starving and our government lets them in because of the fear of having a communist country on our southern border. Trust me on this; Mexico is very close to armed revolution and without millions of Mexican immigrants here sending billions of dollars back to their families, there would be one big revolution. The government sets the wages in Mexico, corporations along with government pick the labor unions. Imagine working at a plant in Mexico building $30,000 trucks for $1.50/hr. knowing you will never be able to afford one. You'd be pissed off too and think all Americans must be fabulously wealthy to be able to afford such a truck. Free trade ain't so free when governments conspire to fix wages and have open borders, is it? This can change if we all adopt a policy of voting against the incumbent in every election. Put the fear of God in Congress by showing them that no matter how much lobby money they take or how much they receive in campaign contributions, they are still going to get voted out of office. Do this enough times and good people will start to come back to politics. Hell, I may even run myself, but I cannot afford the $10 million it takes to buy a seat these days.

Gray Davis is correct; these illegals are sinking our life-boat society because they are procreating like rats and coming here because of the financial benefits which they do not deserve and should not be entitled to, or to their large families. It's amazing how unenlightened your hispanic Texas professor is and your socalled "experts" who cannot see that their support of overpopulating illegal hispanics is leading not only to the degredation and destruction of their people, but to the destruction of our once beautiful planet. They are so selfish, that they cannot see that overpopulation leads to poverty and not to financial gain as proven by MIT's World 3 Computer. Wake up! There are limits to growth. If these illegals come back a second or third time,they should be sent to work camps in China or Russia. Why don't they march and protest in their home countries? As I have asked many illegals here in Los Angeles; they have informed me if they did what they do here in the United States that they would probably be killed. I also found out that they come here to the United States to have babies so that they can have more financial benefits. This has to stop! I live among them and when I come home at night there are so many of them that I must park a mile away, because they have so many cars with 2 families living in one apartment that they have to come over to our street and park and there are no parking spaces for the people who live on our street. Perhaps your "experts" will finally wake up when because of this overpopulation there will be no water; no food; and global warming will finally kill us all. If they keep coming back give them forced vascectomies; and tie the tubes of their women. Wake up, if something is not done immediately by 2058 there will be over ONE BILLION STARVING PEOPLE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES. And what will your flag waving hispanic illegals do then?

Ultimately - The USA is becoming a 2 Tier country with a predominantly English Speaking White elite & Smaller Middle Class and a Burgoeing Brown & Black Lower/Underclass predominantly Spanglish/Ebonics speaking.
We will not longer be a UNITED nation but a DIVIDED nation.
Like Julie mentioned below, seems like we will have ever increasing Civil Unrest, and a very polorized society much like many Latin American Societies, especially countries like Bolivia/Peru, which has a White/White Assimilated Spanish Speaking Elite / Middle Class, and a Poor/Underclass of Brown Indians, speaking indian Languages.
In America's case I see a rich Predominantly White or White Assimilated English Speaking Elite & Middle Class, and a POOR Spanglish & Ebonics Speaking (Black/Brown) Underclass... Its ALREADY HAPPENING...
The Upper/Middles classes of Black and ESPECIALLY Hispanics (Browns) tend to intermarry HEAVILY with Whites, (over 50% in some cases).... and as a result would heavily asimilated and be absorbed into that white upper/middle class America
Therefore whats left in the Brown Population, would be the poor, and downwardly mobile Mexicans/Central Americans etc...
A very Sad situation - A Solution:
(1) Build a MASSIVE WALL across the border at least 3metres high from coast to coast, and several miles into sea...
(2) Have billions spent on montion sensors and tracking equipment on the Border.
(3) Get rid of the Automatic "anchor child policy"
(4) Punish US companies HEAVILY for employing Illegial Immigrants
(5) Have an "AT LEAST" 10 Year moritorium on ALLL IMMIGRATION to get this out of control MESS into order.
(6) Get rid of all of these Ethnic "Hyphenated AMERICAN" organizations. "At the end of the day most of these Orgz are funded by White Liberal Sugar Daddies OR Mommies"
(7) Force Mexico to re-educated Mexicans, that this land was NOT stolen from them, and stop instagating lies about the USA.
(8) HEAVILY RESTRICT Abortion, and push US Born Americans (particularly or the Middle & Upper Classes) to start having more Babies.....
If all that Fails GOD FORBID... and if Large Parts of Southwest Does become some form of Poor
Semi-Mexican area, then in a short space of time the Economy and pretty much everything will TANK and F*CK up just look at Mexico & Central America for an Example, these countries are undementally FAILED STATES, why an Earth spew their garbage and screw up a perferctly good country.....
