Some of Nativo's revelations are:
- Labor unions and Catholic Church: What role have these groups in the organization of immigrant demonstrations and boycotts? Nativo Virgil Lopez tells Full Disclosure how he began his activism in 1968, organizing high school "walk-outs" to bring about educational opportunities for students. Nativo says he was inspired by Bert Carona and Cesar Chavez, who taught him to listen to the peasant people. He attributed the 1986 citizenship program for three million immigrants to the efforts of Bert Carona, a student/organizer under Harry Bridges, founder of the Longshoreman's Union.
- Capitalism vs Socialism: Nativo explains that the balance of power between capitalism and socialism was at it's peak during the Roosevelt administration. He says that is not the case today, where only 12% of the work force is union organized. He notes that today there is a lack of health care coverage and lack of benefits in spite of the value that is being created by workers. He points to greedy ranchers for responsibility for what he says is a current imbalance.
- Illegal immigrants vs "Migrants": Nativo was featured on the Lou Dobbs Show, on national television, explaining why certain words describing people who come to the United States illegally are not unacceptable and offensive. He explains to Full Disclosure Host Leslie Dutton, the words "wop, nigger, kike" are just as offensive as "illegal immigrant." And, in his opinion migrant workers should be appreciated for their value and should "share in the bounty" resulting from their labor.
- What is ATZLAN and MECHA?: Nativo describes the "mythical" yet possibly ancient land of Atzlan is the territory located in the Southwestern United States and which many Mexican nationals believe should be returned to Mexico or should become independent from the United States. He describes the Mexican student organization known as MECHA that was formed here in the United States for that purpose. Prominent political leaders who are a part of that group are Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villargairosa, State Senator Gil Cedillo and Congressman Joe Baca. Nativo, describes his friendship with Mayor Villargairosa since they were seventeen years old, noting that while the Mayor is not an immigrant he indeed has cleaned toilets and other menial labor during his career, and refers to that experience to underscore the importance of such menial labor.
- Groomed for Political office: At the urging of others Nativo was elected to office and served six years on the School Board in Orange County, California. He was recalled from office at the behest of a multi-millionaire named Ron Unz who was the financial supporter of California Proposition 227, to prohibit billingual education programs. Among the issues that surfaced during the campaign were audits of an organizations headed by Nativo which resulted in demands that taxpayers funds were to be repayed. Nativo told Full Disclosure that matter has not yet been resolved.
- Open Borders vs Labor Regulation: As an open border advocate, Nativo Lopez describes the need for "government regulation" of labor in the United States. Stating that and open border is necessary to allow the flow of capital goods and labor in order to create a "common market" like in Europe so that Canada, the United States and Mexico could compete with Europe.
Moderated by Leslie Dutton, the Full Disclosure NetworkT is an independent public affairs television program, billed as "the news behind the news" and featured on 43 cable systems and the worldwide Internet at www.fulldisclosure.net. In 2002 the program was presented with a public affairs Emmy Award from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Channels and airtimes can be found on the website.

Who are the real illegal aliens? Correction, "who are the unconstitutional aliens who have destroyed the quality of life for all US Citizens?
The following families and banks, some are aliens, own the institution we call the U.S. Federal Reserve.
1. Rothschild Banks of London and Berlin
2. Lazard Brothers Bank of Paris
3. Israel Moses Sieff Banks of Italy
4. Warburg Bank of Hamburg, Germany and Amsterdam
5. Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York
6. Lehman Brothers Bank of New York
7. Goldman Sachs Bank of New York
8. Chase Manhattan Bank of New York (Controlled By Rockefellers)
According to the US Constitution, the Federal Reserve is not to be turned over to a third party. We the people are to be the owners of the US Federal Reserve, however this is not the case.
Today, if the government runs a deficit, the FED prints dollars through the U.S. Treasury, buys the debt, and the dollars are circulated into the economy. In 1992, taxpayers paid the FED banking system $286 billion in interest on debt the FED purchased by printing money virtually cost free. Forty percent of our personal federal income taxes go to pay this interest. The FED's books are not open to the public. Congress has yet to audit it.
Thomas Jefferson stated, "If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”
We are currently off the gold standard and thus our US Dollar depreciates twenty times over the course of forty years. This means that the principle amount of $100,000 will only have the purchasing power of $5,000 in forty years. Is it any wonder US citizens have to work well into their old age?
What effect does this have on millionaires?
If a millionaire has 100 million dollars, the principle amount will dwindle down to 5 million over the course of 40 years. Out of shear desperation, millionaires are resorting to predatory business practices and sending jobs over seas in order to counter the effects of a quickly depreciating dollar.
Another point to ponder about illegal immigration:
There is no other region on the globe that purchases more goods and products from the United States than Latin America. Unfortunately, the US does not reciprocate trade in equal proportion to its Latin American neighbors.
Latin America suffers an annual U.S. trade deficit of about 330 billion dollars. Over the course of many years and many decades, the trade deficit has climbed into the trillions of dollars. How peculiar, we still haven’t figured out why so many of them are crossing our borders.
However, there is one very constant but unspoken trade arrangement the U.S. has been willing to engage in with some Latin American countries and that is the trade of arms for drugs. In the absence of legitimate trade, illegitimate trade becomes the alternative. While third world countries are not in a position to dictate business conditions, they are most certainly willing to take whatever business comes their way.
I am a US Citizen and am very proud and fortunate to have been born in this great country. It is for this reason that I make this declaration in defense of the U.S. Constitution, which has been violated by corporations, and politicians who have the benefit of the Fifth Amendment. Public servants and corporations should not have the same protection as regular citizens and should be held accountable for turning us into consumers instead of respecting us as citizens.
Respectfully submitted,
Jess Franco

Nativo Lopez is fighter for all Latino Peoples, I as a Dominican Support him 100% and look foward to one day extending those struggles to the latino peoples of the East coast and especially the Latinos of NY who since the days of the Spanish American War of Independence have only shifted from one imperialist nation (Spainirds) to another the (The US. Also All charges against him should be immediately dropped for he is innocent of any and all accussations against him these are calumnating arguments promulgated by both local and state governments as well as the Federal Gov. President Obama should immediatley exonerate Nativo Lopez and the pressures imposed on his family, and the gov. should put an end to all hoodwinking and policies against Nativo Lopez and and Hermandad Mexicana.

HI!
It's very interesting how concerned Mr. Lopez is for the mexicans in the usa. why does he not use the education and knowlege he has obtain in this country to help his people organize against the corrupt goverment in his country and to educate them so they elect the right people to govern them. As long as mexico is what it is who would like to live there? open the borders and every mexican will we crossing over to the USA, sure they will go back, to visit, vacation and help financialy the ones too young or old to come over. The same is true of the rest of the Latin countrys.
All this counrties need help to educate and feed their people. The big american companys have exploited their land, resources and them, the USA is more concerned in freeing Irac than their back yard. this is the result of years of neglect by our goverment. Why the press and comentators never say a word about this. I suggest that all those imigrants that have broken the law by not returning to their country when their time expaired should give their blessings for the opportunity that they had here to work instead of starving in their country, have heir children educated and medicaly taken care of, a luxury they don't get in Mexico and use the knowledge they have gotten back home to bring up their own and stop being so selfish
thank you! I grew up in southamerica and I know what poor means. You need help to get out of that hole.

I think Americans should protest to the US goverment to put pressure in the Mexican goverment and other countries to take care and provide jobs for its people, so people stop coming to the US. And Mexicans in the US should demand their rights to the Mexican goverment to provide jobs for them in Mexico. It is really sad that people are willing to sacrifice their lives to come to the US and Foreign goverments are not doing anything because they receive so much money of the immigrants working in the US. The problem with immigration is the foreign goverments that are really irresponsable but the US goverment does not want to do anything about it.

There are no doubt as many reasons to Invade our country as there are people. The accurate words for these folks, doing this in violation of US Laws IS Illegal Aliens. Most of these folks say they come to the US to make a better life for themselves, and their familys. Therefor they are Economic Refurgees, are they not? Yes, their government (at least Mexico) encourages them to come. Why? This will decrease the pressure on that government to take care of their own citizens; one of it's BASIC responsibilities.
How much (money/taxes) are these Illegal Aliens costing YOU?

If we don't WAKE UP we are going to lose our beautiful United States to those who are coming in and trying to take over! Don't let that happen to our children and grandchildren!! It's up to US to DO SOMETHING!! ENFORCE THE EXISTING LAWS!! THAT'S ALL IT WOULD TAKE!!

The illegal immigrant (NOT ALIENS--for gosh sakes) problem has been one of economics--the Mexicans need work, and the Americans needed workers. Now it is no longer only an economic problem, but a security one--due to terrorism. Neither Americans nor Illegal Mexican workers can risk the threat of terrorists entering the country due to unprotected borders.

The term, "Illegal Immigrant" is not pejorative, it is a simple description of a fact; if a person enters this country illegally, he or she is an illegal immigrant! To afford people that enter a country illegally all or even some/many/most of the rights of persons that ARE here legally or are citizens is likewise criminal.

I have seen this invasion and its effects very clearly now for some years. The real problem is the citizens who do not understand the many costs and those in a position of power (both local and federal) who want the USA to lose our sovereignty and be ruled by international law with citizens having NO say in anything.

America is asleep at the wheel. I'm not talking about the government. We know what the present regime in Washington is planning, or we should. I'm talking about Americans currently sitting at home twiddling their thumbs...either hoping "someone" will do whatever it takes to save these sovereign United States, or more likely, wondering what all the hubbub is about. Most are clueless. We are losing our country. Bush is leading the way with covert plans now going forward among him, Canada & Mexico
to form the NAU...The North American Union. No more borders. The results of this agreement, if allowed to play-out, will destroy us! Our kids and grandkids will effectively perish as the middle classes of Canada and the U.S. are thrown together with third world Mexicans. I Have tried for the last two years, since I learned of the Security and Prosperity Partnership [spp.gov], and the developement of the NAU, to explain to folks that we must take action! As American taxpayers we have a duty to those who have fought before us for our freedom in this country! I truly believe we will experience a 21st Century Revolution. Step-up, America! Where is the outrage, the anger? Don't wait 'til it's too late.
