Segment # 1 - Judicial Abuse Of Power
Dr. Richard I Fine describes his battle with the California Justice System and why Judge David Yaffe jailed him indefinitely to solitary "coercive confinement" for civil contempt of Court. Features excerpts from FDN's interview with Fine on March 3, 2009, the day before he was jailed for refusing to obey Judge Yaffe's orders in protest of Calfiornia Judicial Corruption.

Segment # 2 - Jailers, Aclu & Judges Hamper Fight For Freedom
Retired LA Sheriff's Sgt. Richard Valdemar describes the difficult conditions in L A County Jail while Richard Fine, who holds a Ph.D, in international law is furiously fighting to win his freedom by filing legal actions in Federal Court from his jail cell. Judicial officials & ACLU ignore the Court Rules to keep Fine in jail.

Segment # 3 - Volunteers Report Missing Documents
Subtrifuge in the courts is noted by volunteers helping Richard Fine, where important legal documents they filed for him turned up missing or were manipulated. The Justice system, he says, seemed determined to punish him for daring to challenge the corruption.

Segment # 4 - Lawsuit Against Sheriff To Gain Jail Interview
Full Disclosure was blocked from interviewing Richard Fine in jail until Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit to force the Sheriff to grant FDN First Amendment Rights: "Freedom of the Press". 30 Days after the Federal lawsuit was filed, the Sheriff caved in. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore explains. Richard Fine describes the jail conditions to FDN.

Segment # 5 - Sheriff Blocks Prisoner Legal Defense
FDN's jailhouse interview reveals how Judges orchestrated the persecution of political prisoners like Richard Fine, with the help of Sheriff Baca . In the interview Fine exposes the reasons why the judges were so determined to retaliate and why a lawsuit had to be filed to gain access to to the prisoner who had never been charged or convicted of a crime.

Segment # 6 - Citizens Stage Protest At Courthouse
Word spread about the plight of Richard Fine, LA's political prisoner sparking a court house protest that was ignored by the mainstream media. Senate Bill SBX2 11 was emergency legislation passed by the California State Legislure in February 2009 to give retroactive Criminal immunity to the Judges and Government officials that had been accused of corrupting the Judicial and Court system by Richard Fine.

Segment # 7 - Judges Bribed By County Officials?
Judicial Watch public interest lawsuit (Sturgeon vs County of L.A.) held that the County payments to Judges were illegal, The payment of $350 million was a misappropriation of public funds that were never reported by the Judges who are all elected officials, to the Fair Political Practices Commission.

Segment # 8 - Judges Obstructing Justice & Democracy?
Richard Fine describes why no one can win a lawsuit against L. A. County and how the Judges decide cases impacting the democratic election process pointing to the court overturning the popular "Term Limit" initiative for L.A. Supervisors, Sheriff, District Attorney, Tax Assessor, etc. Richard Fine claims that Senate Bill SBX2 11 does not provide Judicial Immunity from criminal prosecution when a Judge is involved in obstructing justice.

Segment # 9 - Persecution Or "retaliation"?
Judge David Yaffe ordered solitary "coercive confinement" for Richard Fine to discourage other lawyers from speaking out on Judicial/Court Corruption. Judge Yaffe and his lawyers defended the practice of "coercive confinement in their court filings to keep Richard Fine in jail."

Segment # 10 - Richard Fine Is Freed
Commenting on Judge Yaffe's sudden reversal of his own Order, Richard Fine explains why he refused to obey the Court Order of Judge Yaffe. He also reflects on the prospects of restoring the integrity to our Judicial System.

Segment # 11 - Fraud Upon The Court
Richard Fine describes Judicial Obstruction of Justice is at the heart of the problem perpetrated by County Officials, Judges and State Bar Association and he points out that Attorneys fear they can be disbarred, like he was, if they try to fight Judicial corruption. When Yaffe finally released Richard Fine, his Order stated his reason why Fine had been incarcerated for 18 months, "to deter other lawyers from challenging Judicial actions."

Segment # 12 - Is California Judicial Corruption Reversible?
What is the future for justice in California? Fine hopes that judicial corruption can be reversed. He says the retroactive immunity from criminal prosecution for Judges and County Officials was given.... was limited by (Senate Bill SBX2 11) and now there is a Congressional move for oversight of the Judiciary as Congress has stepped up to impeach corrupt Judge Porteous from Louisana for the same crimes. It appears there hope for reform in the California system.

This is a spectacular series.
I met Richard Fine shortly before he was unjustly incarcerated because he is an honorable man and a whistleblower.
He validated our experiences in family courts, in which children are routinely placed with batterers, pedophiles, and pornographers, despite the evidence proving their abuse.
We followed the money trail.
The U S Department of Health and Human Services is provided $150 million each year by Congress for the Fatherhood Initiative that is spent on legal help for ex-felons to get custody and child support, instead of getting a job and paying child support. Children, even nursing infants, are being raised by brutal men instead of their safe mothers. The childreny will do to society what was done to them, if they survive the ordeal.
One mother whose children were murdered took her case to the Supreme Court, which ruled that the police did not owe her a duty of care to enforce her restraining order. She continued on to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights which completely supported her and branded the USA a human rights violator. http://www.law.miami.edu/hrc/hrc_gonzalez_usa.php
We picket the Sacramento courts twice a month to let citizens know about the corruption, since we have a media blackout too.
We would like to join Dr. Fine in his quest to clean up the corrupt judiciary. Please let us know how we can help.

I encountered a similar situation here in San Diego,California, in 1996, when I submitted and Administrative Appeal on a Workers Comp injury case, and it was promptly lost and hidden by the judge, then found when I had contacted Sacramento, and found the docket number, of when it was submitted and the date.

I fought that case to the Supreme Court and was denied.
The case remains open, but no attorney will take it.

Currently I wrote an appeal to Social Security Administration, that hasn't been answered and it's been almost a year.

As with Dr. Fine, I was unable to find and attorney to file the appeal for Workers Comp, and I
filed myself.

I was only able to get my paid in
Social Security, 12 years post injury due to work assault, due to the involvement of my Congressman, Bob Filner.

So I understand very well the difficulty of finding justice in a system that's been corrupted.

The word of a chiropracter/attorney who entertains judges on his yacht was
taken over diagnosis by Neurologist Shen Ye Wang, and it's a travesty how my work injuries turned me into a welfare recipient for 12 long years and treatable injuries became permament disabilitys, due to no
medical care.

Still at this point, I didn't get title 7 or part B on my Social Security , despite the fact my injuries due to negligence on the part of my employers which resulted in an attack by a patient, despite that fact , and medical records that absolutely verified my limits in working, I was denied retraining, medical care, and Social Security.

I have exhausted my legal remedies for the workers comp actions. I have no attorney for the appeal for back years for Social Security, and in my mind
that subverts the idea of due process.

I can't have due process if the corruption in the system prevents me from getting representation.

I think the series was very well done and thanks for presenting it.

Sincerely,
Dianne M. Hudson

People are already OUTRAGED and the affects of corrupt judges has injected every court, not just civil but family, probate and criminal. Judges have made fools of us and themselves. Our legal system is a joke and judges are the key to the problem. ZERO TOLERANCE, HARSH punishment MUST be enforced, the people must be part of this, we can't trust judges to do the job they swore an oath to do. Lawyers and those in office and part of the bar need house cleaning as well. American's are already networking on Face book by the millions. Don't rely on mass media which filters out news. Please join Facebook and find other victims, activist and citizens who are sharing what is really going on today. See http://www.facebook.com/ragettinger for stories of judges like Aviva K. Bobb who murdered Lee Peters for cash, Judge Candace Beason who allows elder abuse, perjury, fraud and attempted murder. These are just a few of thousands of cases of judges, courts and lawyers who prey on elderly, veterans and children for cash. I commend Richard Fine for his excellent job exposing and documenting the problem that affects everyone.

This is something that is unbelievable. It is time to take our city and country back. Mr. Fine is brave and courageous. Have we completely lost our moral compass.

You need a short description of what Fine is fighting and why he was jailed.

Hello? The lights seem to be on, but no one is answering....Hello? Any adult capable of critical thought can see that the stench of curruption has permeated the Jjuducial, Legislative and Executive levels of the U.S. of Israel's Federal Government, hell, even the citizens of this country should be able to SEE that. There's only TWO ways to really clean house:

Military coup...(No way, there aren't any George pattons left)

Break up the Cesspool known as the U.S. of Israel. Demmand your "leaders" submit a bill to leave, invite like minded states bordering yours to join you in forming a (real)Republic of, by and for. quick, relatively painless way to clean house, Remove the unconstitutional Federal Reserve and fractionalized banking, identify and remove all dual citizenship traitors....then...as a free sovereign nation void the debt illegally piled on your people by the FED RES, (this could cost the pigs a HUGE portion of their stolen wealth. If you need any guidance on how to get the ball rolling, ask the rioting citizens in any nation kicking out the bankers and their toadies in the U.S. of Israel...they'll be glad to help you find your "manhood".

THIS SHOULD BE JUST A STARTING PLACE TO CLEAN UP EVERY COURT IN THE COUNTRY...SHOCKING THAT CALI IS LEADING THE WAY... LIVED THERE FOR 22 YEARS.. LOVED IT.. BUT KNEW EVEN THEN THINGS WERE VERY CORRUPT... NOW I THINK IT THAT WAY EVERYWHERE... CONGRATULATIONS ON DEMANDING SOME HONESTY SOMEWHERE IN THE POLITICAL SCENE.. YEP. I CONSIDER THE JUDGES PART OF THAT SCENE...

I love Mr Fine's optimism. But how is the citizenry of this nation to put faith in a system where the courts, as evidenced in this story, from the lowest to the highest court in the nation, are occupied by such a throng of hoodlums.
In the state of Michigan a federal judge is holding Peter Hendrickson, the author of Cracking the Code, without bail for refusing to sign a confession for a crime for which there is not even a law.
All those lawyers who refused to take up Richards cause know, one day, they too could be wearing a robe, so why spoil a good thing. What does a nation do when the entire system meant to administer justice is itself, rotten with the trash that wear those robes?
