People are already OUTRAGED and the affects of corrupt judges has injected every court, not just civil but family, probate and criminal. Judges have made fools of us and themselves. Our legal system is a joke and judges are the key to the problem. ZERO TOLERANCE, HARSH punishment MUST be enforced, the people must be part of this, we can't trust judges to do the job they swore an oath to do. Lawyers and those in office and part of the bar need house cleaning as well. American's are already networking on Face book by the millions. Don't rely on mass media which filters out news. Dear Ms. Dutton,
Thank you so very much for presenting closure for me in reference to Dr. Fine. I was prevented from signing onto your website for many months.
I have made the decision to leave America, not because other countries have superior morals, but because what I have experienced has so profoundly moved me.
Like Dr. fine, I always believed that somewhere some Court (and particularly the U.s supreme Court) would render me justice. I certainly was not interested in making money from the School District...all I wanted was a syllabus so that I could help my son. then, I wanted the School District (whose very own record stipulated that my son has never received a FAPE (Fair and Appropritae Public Education) to pay my former attorney's fees, the sum of $6, 000. Instead, the Judges...District, appellate, and Supreme Court provided the cover for me to be destroyed by Jeanne M. Kincaid Hooksett School District attorney.
The special circumstances here which I cannot regain is [t]he fact that America is presented to the world as a bastion of paradise...as a freedom, and Liberty place.
since my case was dismissed on October 4, 2010, I continued to be prevented from working, we remain sleeping on the floor; we are living in barbaric conditions, Kincaid's machinations prevents the Landlord from repairing and assisting us with the apartment's up-keep; a broken toilet, with fecal matter escaping, leaking sink in the kitchen. I am being denied the right to work, and the Maryland DLLR attorney Elizabeth (something) has conspired with Kincaid to prevent me from working: I am caught up in a scheme to defraud the public and harm myself.
Kincaid's machinations has caused my son to be placed in the worst school in Baltimore, the Friendship Academy and Engineering, a school that has daily food fights, cell-phones going off in the class-room, constant talking in the classroom, and on top of all of this, my son is being bullied and teased: he is called Cracker and Caucasion because of what he looks like. he has lost weight and is depress. he puts on a front, but I know him. I am unable to buy clothing for this growing boy, he desperately need shoes.
i have been placed outside the protections of the law by Justice Breyer: I submitted an Emergency Injunction in July of last year to the Supreme Court, seeking the right to work...if you remember I refused to withdraw my complaint against the Hooksett New Hampshire school district, and was met with Judicial corruption at the District and Appellate courts, and this continued right up to the Supreme Court. Like attorney Fine, I was truly depressed when I discovered that the illness of Corruption was here...I never ever once thought that they would deny me justice.
I have lost my home, pets, piano, books, credit: Had death threats & porn sent to me...at age 52, I am about to leave this country after living here for 35 years with nothing but my son. We think of our pets everyday. I wonder how my dog Chase is doing...did he think we abandon him? What about our cats...were they put to sleep?
I shall never ever return to these shores, but I have plans as well. I understand fully every word Dr. Fine is saying..I was over come with joy at his release. I spent so many days wondering about him, and the inhumane conditions he was placed; I used to be a nurse, and I worked with older folk I do have a special affinity here. I had so many questions, would Dr. Fine survive this? when would he be released? I do not know what happened that I am allowed to come to your website as I have been blocked for many many months now.
Leslie, thank you for all you do for the people. I am so over...I am so happy to see that Dr. Fine is functioning, he is OK. Thank You.

Hon. Governor O�Malley:
Indeed Article 24 above is reminiscent of a similar Right in the New Hampshire Bill of Rights, as well as the United States Constitution. What I have learned however, based upon the reality of my experienced is that these �Rights� are symbolic for certain segments of the population, and a living document for others.
This is a clear realization of mine via my case which was before the Supreme Court, and dismissed on October 4, 2010. The leadership of unequal distribution of justice �the where, when, and to whom the statues are applicable as I shall discuss below.
I am bringing this case to you because when it is brought before the U.N. or The Hague they will want to know if I had exhausted all possibilities: To be honest, I do not have any hope of positive outcome from your intervention, and I say this respectfully, because like the others, I do not expect you to respond to me. When the Justices and Federal Judges are doing the corruption the norm is to ignore the victim. While watching the You-tube videos relating to the release of the former honorary attorney Dr. Richard I. Fine, and his interview with Leslie Dutton of the Full-Disclosure Network (6 segments) I discovered in one breath, what I always suspected and knew to be true, that: In America (the Freedom and Justice Country) that > When the Justices and Federal Judges are doing the corruption the norm is to ignore the victim. To paraphrase Ms. Dutton, you would think that this prominent attorney and noted attorney who had a significant reputation as a Litigator would have other attorneys coming to his aid�O NO! �Apparently when you accuse the legal system of corruption, you do so all alone.� (Leslie Dutton).
I introduce this small aspect of the hon. Attorney Richard I. Fine, because I am hoping to bring his case along with mine wherever I go. It is a case that like mine, cries out for justice. There are many thousands of such people some literally murdered by U.S Judges: This coupled with the interference of my communication and the lack of legal assistance (as all the attorneys are afraid of the Justices/Judges) should they probe their obvious corruption.
This is how I know, that I will never hear from you!
The Justices and Federal Judges in America are allowed to violate the law as they see fit, even murder citizens/residents and NO ONE, NOT EVEN THE MEDIA WOULD RAISE A FINGER! Kincaid has a mandate from Justice Breyer, to keep me outside the protections of the Constitution. Clearly this is illegal under the various Bills Of Rights and the Constitution. There has been no judgment of my peer, and I have not received any Sentence of laws limiting my rights!
Clearly what is happening to me is illegal. Clearly it does not seem possible that you being the leader of the State Maryland from which I am a resident are not aware of these violations; indeed you are the leader here! This is a conspiracy then, of epic proportion: I am forced to part-take of this illegal scheme of the Maryland DLLR and Kincaid under cover, which is not only against my personal interest, but injures the tax-payer and is Unethical, and immoral!
The Department of Social Service in Baltimore City, and the Chief attorney at the Maryland DLLR have conspired (which they have, based upon the direct and indirect and circumstantial evidence)� they are willing accomplishes to the violations of my rights (See the vast evidence). This is indirect Contradiction not only to the United States Constitution, but the Maryland Bill of Rights as evidence by Article 24 noted above!
It became necessary to do an addendum because when I went for my Administrative Hearing this past Friday March 25, 2011, before I could even take my documents out of my bag, the Administrating Judge said that she was only accepting material that was directly related to the Food-Stamp appeal at hand, as if my documents were not! And even when I gave her my written statement of appeal in reference to the Food-stamp issue, she refused it taking instead the document given to her by the Representative from the Baltimore City Department of Social Services. Clearly Kincaid and her corruption were at bay. I find it nauseating, and I can no longer stay in such a First-world Country! Indeed this is what I am told is the norm for the so-call 3rd world nations!
In-fact I knew when I left that fighting for Food-Stamps (because we have to eat) was not what I would be reduced to.
Right away I could see the sham that is America, for all the affluence, and superficial prestige, technological break-through and telescopic wonders; Genome mapping and mass food production, America lacks a basic component. I often wonder why others referred to the U.S as Satanic. There is a core void of ethics here, and surprisingly it is rampant within the Judiciary. This is not based upon my �isolated� experience alone
My eyes have been opened to the real life of America: Not that America is so much better; and/or over-whelmed with violence, rather it was the message that their regimes� others countries are corrupt! This would have to be what I�ve learned in my 35 years here. I have been daily deluged with what I would have to call propaganda about other country�s political and social system and mores.
Here was a Judge telling me that she was going to be bias: My documents did not count, only those from the Baltimore City Department counted; yet that was the reason for appealing why have this department?
None of the things that I complained of to the United States District Court in Concord, New Hampshire, the First Circuit Appellate Court in Boston, Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court in Washington D.C. were ever addressed, and I continue without Constitutional, and or, Human Rights. My son and I cannot afford to live like animals anymore, and so the time has come for us to leave.
I realize that the corrupt elements will try to infiltrate Barbados, and continue some assaults upon me: This Europe has a right to know about, and immediately. I do not believe my son and self would be safe in Barbados, based upon information sent to by Kincaid months ago!
And so as I connect the dots, and the maze, the pretense becomes more highly focused. I understand projection with new meaning. I comprehend pity and all the individual fractional selves of mirrored loathing the collective whole of the norm. So after 35 years this is what I am leaving with! I made an Emergency appointment with the Barbadian Embassy, AND NO-ONE, NO-ONE CAN TALK ME OUT OF LEAVING! I DO HAVE A RIGHT TO LEAVE; WE HAVE A RIGHT TO LIVE!

1. It can be shown that this case is about Racism, HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT RACISM! For what does it mean when in May of 2007 when the Supreme Court ruled unanimously in favor of poor white parents from Parma Ohio that they had the right to take up their son Jacob�s case as their own, and when later that year, in August 2007, I took up my son�s case as my own, just like the Winkleman�s did, and, because I refused to withdraw my right: Right that the Decision now said I (as a parent of a disabled child had, now I was being destroyed)? Clearly the law is Black and White! I was destroyed, and am still being destroyed despite the obvious lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction at the District Court level/More aptly put Racism!
2. Secondly, it has been White Judges and Justices (Justice Breyer and the silent but cooperative affirmations of Justice Roberts) that maintained the racist outcomes.
3. Justice Breyer officially placed me on the outside of the Constitution when he denied my Emergency Injunction seeking the right to work. He said therefore, without saying it directly, that Jeanne M. Kincaid the lawyer who was receiving the cover from the Judges in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, that she could continue her work of destruction of me, despite the conclusion of the case on October 4, 2010; and in-fact, this is what continues!
4. The physical and Circumstantial evidence clearly, clearly shows that not only the judiciary as with the conduct of this Administrative Judge from this openly tainted hearing this past Friday March 25, as the latest, but my Complaint via the Baltimore Circuit Court last October 22nd, my obvious ongoing inability to work, and Constitutional and Human Rights violations as evidence by the continuing conduct of the attorney Jeanne M. Kincaid along with the MDLLR and the Baltimore City Department of Social Services along with the very place where I live, where we have been living with fecal matter escaping from the toilet as I have begged the Maryland Management since December to fix a number of items in my apartment, to the leaking sink in the kitchen and Jeanne M. Kincaid, now under cover of Justice Breyer and Roberts have been given the right to Secretly and very openly keep my son and self in a state of despair.
5. I do not expect you to do anything. The writing is on the wall. I have an Emergency meeting with the embassy of Barbados the country that begat me. I am aware of what Jeanne learned from George Smith as she saw me looking up his telephone number, but I do have family there, in England, and another European country. I cannot imagine that there would be no out-pouring of out-rage when I vent our story. No-one will understand working for 35 years and having one�s possessions and home being taken away because one sought justice�because one was engaged in so-call �protected activities� sanctioned by the same government! As I have stated before, and realized very acutely, American Justice is relative to your race. Almost all Barbadians can identify as they have a parent, relative or close friend living in America. Almost all European, African, Chinese, and Middle-Eastern persons would understand; as they too have immigrant relatives here�people who have been working by the sweat of their brow to send home money and goods, and when they realize this Great injustice, they too will demand a trial in The Hague, or the U. N. Either way, the publicity could not be great! Certainly the Americans would not appreciate this!
6. I have an Emergency Hearing with my Embassy and I have some for this coming Monday. I HAVE A RIGHT TO LEAVE THIS COUNTRY IMMEDIATELY!
7. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REALIZE OR HUMAN POTENTIAL, AND LIVE WITHOUT FEAR AND RETALIATION.
8. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE IN A COUNTRY THAT WILL NOT TERRORIZE US
9. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK, AND PROVIDE FOR MY SON
10. MY SON HAS THE RIGHT TO GO TO SCHOOL WITHOUT BEING CALLED NAMES LIKE CAUCASION AND CRACKER
11. HE HAS THE RIGHT TO GO TO A SCHOOL THAT DOES NOT HAVE DAILY FOOD FIGHTS, AND CELL-PHONES GOING OFF CONSTANTLY IN THE CLASS-ROOM
12. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK, AND PLACE MY SON IN A PRIVATE SCHOOL AFTER THE CORRUPTION AND THE LACK OF A FAPE FROM THE SO-CALL PROMISED RIGHT OF THE IDEA 2004, AND THE GHETTO INFERIOR EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS WHETHER IN NH AS THE SEPARATE AND UINEQUAL ACCESS TO AN EDUCATION, OR, THE SAME BEING REPEATED IN YET ANOTHER ZONE OF DISASTER!
13. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE IN A COUNTRY THAT TREAT US THE SAME AS IT TREATS IT�S WHITE PARENTS, AS HUMAN BEINGS, AND AFFORD US EQUAL ACCESS TO LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
14. I WOULD RATHER BE FREE AND POOR, AND HAVE A GARDEN GROWING VEGETABLES AND THE ABILITY TO READ AND WRITE, THAN BE HERE IN A RICH COUNTRY AND PUT OUT OF THE PROTECTION OF THE LAW!
15. AGAIN THE CONTINUING HARASSMENT, AS EVIDENT FROM THIS LETTER I RECEIVED FROM THE BALTIMORE CITY SOCIAL SERVICES�WHY AM I NOT WORKING?
Kincaid continually prevents me from obtaining employment; in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment Due process Clauses; LIBERTY and PROPERTY INTEREST: Indeed this is the primary root of many of the issues I am facing.
In retaliation, and against the anti-retaliation 504 of the rehabilitation act

Due Process the Constitutional guarantee of "due process of law" ensures that persons whose rights may be adversely affected by litigation have the opportunity for their "day in court," to be heard and to present proof(s) in support of their claim or defense. Accordingly, before any judgment can be made for or against a party, certain procedural safeguards WARRANT that a just and FAIR HEARING on the matter has been conducted and that all parties whose interests may be affected by the controversy have been notified of their right to be heard. (14th Amendment). There has been a judgment in this case hence the dismantling of my rights; and it preceded my right to be heard! Amendment 1
17. My fundamental Right to nurture, protect, and educate my son (Property Interest,14th Amendment),
18. My right to contract and engage in the occupation of my choice as in (Meyer v. Nebraska 262 U.S. 390 (1923)
19. In violation of my property right (My nursing license), a right conferred upon me by the State of New Hampshire without just cause
20. In violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, and its Protection Clause : �No State shall�deprive any person of life, liberty, or (Property Interests): Son�s education; my home; piano; car; furniture; my pets; credit; intercepting my Child-Support all without due process of law."
21. In violation of the Fourteenth Amendment and its privacy provisions(Liberty Interests): The hacking of my computer and the subsequent harassment and deletion of my email, accounts; the warrantless wiretapping of my telephone and attaching outgoing messages stating that I am not accepting any calls; the harassment by cell-phone; the illegal contacts to my friends, and threatening them not to contact me; the terrorists acts, the fear of homelessness; homelessness, the effects and emotional-psychological damages: The intrusion into places of business that I frequent i.e., Kia Safia Dealership in Lutherville, MD; and securing their involvement in harassing me. The interception of my United States mail, and all the mail in reference to cars and transportation, and phony checks: Contacting men I contact via online dating, and telling them negative things about me, and planting herself in between the relationships! ALL THIS AND MORE!!
22. In lieu of my rights under IDEA; the �Procedural safeguards,� and the anti-retaliation (statue) 504
23. *In lieu of my First Amendment right: The right to seek government redress and to access the Courts: * Retaliating in response to my exercise of my free speech rights!
24. *In lieu of my First Amendment right of Religion: Interfering with my computer where I for 3 years now, have been receiving religious instruction, so that I cannot access the internet and cannot receive this instruction; and cannot go to church since the chronic unemployment induced by Kincaid has caused the repossession of said car!

If you are not aware that "Sovereign" rule has been giving to our officials in 1795, and you do not know that the Revolutionary war ended it in 1776, and ratified removing "sovereign" rule in 1789, Then how can you, keep a straight face, and proclaim that our problems are because of Judicial Corruption? Bogan v. Scott-Harris and Stump v. Sparkman, etc. show that the 11th amendment to the Constitution make challenging corruption unconstitutional. Officials are just obeying the laws that you don't believe exist! The mass ignorance of our citizens is destroying this country! Blame willful ignorance of facts and law! Nowhere in this site are there any references to the history of the Doctrine of Immunity. This doctrine is the basis for frustrating all societies who eventually resort to Revolution. It doesn�t take to long for the revolutionaries to adopt this doctrine for themselves. It is good to be the king, it is said! But unless your government adopts the doctrine of immunity, you cannot be a King! Our eleventh amendment is that doctrine. Remove it and you remove their bar from discovery and jury trial, and they become mere U.S. Citizens. Repealing amendments worked to abolish slavery and to reestablish our right to become legally inebriated. We need to remove this evil amendment before we waste one more dollar on any fruitless effort otherwise.

I too am the VICTIM WELL DOCUMENTED ILLEGAL Police STALKING, Beating and arrest. I was then railroaded by the ORANGE COUNTY "Justice" system. I have a VIDEO of extreme painful illegal treatment of myself by sheriff deputies in the Orange County Women's jail. Someone ERASED much of this Video - including when 4 VIOLENT Deputies cut off all my clothes while an old man videotaped this. I have my cut up clothing AND the paper jumsuit I needed to wear home. When this case went to trial the judge ruled that "NO WITNESSES WERE ALLOWED TO TESTIFY, NO EVIDENCE WAS ALLOWED, NO DEFENSE WAS STATED AND WHEN I DEMANDED TO REPRESENT MYSELF, THIS JUDGE, MARGARET ANDERSON STATED "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME. I AM SUPPOSED TO GO BACK TO THAT JAIL ON JAN. 19, 2011 FOR 60 DAYS BECAUSE I WAS FOUND GUILTY OF THE CRIME I AM THE VICTIM OF. MY EMAIL IS "allthegoldinfortknox@yahoo.com"

We should all be ashamed of ourselves. We should all be ashamed of those we elected and trusted to "protect, and defend" our constitutional rights, to the extent they took an oath to do so, yet, encourage and support criminal behavior, while participating themselves need to be removed from society, as the worst vermin known to our nation. They're the real terrorists, the ones that cause the most harm to American's, not the "Taliban". We're fighting 6 illegal wars right now not counting the war on drug users, is that not a terrorist regime? Our elected officials are a disgusting representation of what we stand for as a country. They think they can just ignore the constitution, they need to review Marbury v. Madison 5 US 137 (1803) which has never been overturned, and states, "if any statement within any law which is passed is unconstitutional, the whole law is unconstitutional". Which, leads one to wonder if our present just-us system is constitutional.
