Los Angeles, CA. The Full Disclosure Network® presents a special video report on the growing confusion within L.A. Superior Court on how to handle the indefinite solitary "coercive Confinement" of a prominent anti-trust prosecutor Richard I Fine. Faced with a "Demand For A Farr Hearing" Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Yaffe sought legal counsel from the Court's attorney, while deliberating his decision. This according to Superior Court Clerk assigned to Yaffe's court room told Janette Isaacs who delivered and filed the legal papers in Yaffe's court room.

RICHARD FINE REACTS TO JUDGE’S LEGAL CONSULT
This Special Report provides an inside glimpse as to what is going on in the closed chambers of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Just imagine the legal questions Judge Yaffe must have to ask. Superior Court Counsel Frederick J. Bennett was a former Deputy L A. County Counsel at the time the County started giving the illegal payments to the Judges in 1987 or 1988. Richard Fine shares his perspective as to what is going on behind the scenes at Superior Court.

ALSO FEATURING FREE RICHARD FINE VOLUNTEER
For the past thirteen months Richard Fine has depended upon volunteers to facilitate the many motions, writs and petitions that he has filed in the State and Federal Courts in order to win his freedom. Featured in this half-hour video report is Janette Isaacs, who is no stranger to the Courts. She has been a self taught para legal representing herself and others who have become victims of court malfeasance. She relates the court reaction when she filed Mr. Fine’s “Demand for A Farr Hearing in Judge Yaffe’s court room.

In my opinion what Judge Yaffe's doing here would warrant immediate suspension as judge by any & all legal avenue's necessary. He should be brought to trial as any ordinary citizen would & for this gross violation of power which he has purposely committed.
I use the term "ordinary citizen" which would describe a decent normal individual in our society. But seeing the despicable nature of what's going on here I'd say he's nowhere near as good as the ordinary law-abiding citizen.
If ranked on a scale of 1-10, the ordinary law-abiding citizen ranking a 5,
I give this Yaffe bum a minus 5 at best from not having or showing any integrity or any honesty in this matter whatsoever!
As a matter of fact I would see this as nothing less than "PURE DISHONESTY".
For a Superior Court Judge, a person who's job we pay for, who we expect & is their duty to be, "absolutely Fair & Balanced", for them to do something like this is 100% Wrong & so Wrong, it's completly off the charts!
I think it goes without saying he should be an Honest & Law-abiding Citizen when both on, & off the bench.
I believe this is an extremely horrendous crime for a judge to be guilty of & should be punished to the "Fullest Extent".
I mean this guy is our judge, surely we are in the Twilight Zone!
Based on what I see, he has no integrity, no standard's & was never qualified to be any judge of anything at all, not even the judge of a cub scout's soap box derby. I wouldn't want this guy as a janitor at my local junior high school down the street.
THIS GUY IS NO GOOD, he is the Criminal!
Is this who we want deciding our citizen's guilt or innocent's & future?
Because this especially gross violation & abuse of power, Mr. Yaffe when found guilty, should be sentenced more severely than normal to say something like 2 days for every one which Mr.Fine has endured. Plus under precisely the same conditions Mr. Fine's was subjected to, the solitary confinement, the tiny cell, no visitors & he was only allowed out of that cell for 9 hours total in the first SIX MONTHS of his incarceration period. & so on down the line an eye for an eye, all that but X-2 two days for every one for having done this & see how he likes it.
None of this stuff where I the end he's just deemed a bad Judge & allowed to simply quietly retire !
Oh No, He needs to be Punished, & Punished big time!
Once that 2 for 1 punishment has been served, Mr. Yaffe should serve what ever standard "Prison Sentence" the jurors deem appropriate that he deserves from all his blatant abuse of power in this matter on top of that & consecutively.
That's how wrong I feel this man is.
. I would expect this should turn out to be a landmark case, one that should send a powerful message to other judges who might be doing or attempting to do the same thing.
I think Mr. Yaffe & addressing him as Mr.Yaffe seems a little to polite in this situation & at this point since he certainly has no right being a superior court Judge no more than a common criminal does having subjected one of our honest aw abiding citizens, this 70 Year Old Senior Citizen is profoundly illegal, unfounded & undeserved incarceration should have the book THROWN at him so hard it knocks him out at the sentencing. And this Judge Yaffe I'm told by everyone who's been involved with nothing less than a supreme asshole o a daily basis anyway,
I'm sure Judge Yaffe knows full-well each & every morning when he gets up, that this is dead wrong, how extremely wrong this is & in the back of his mind that he might possibly be caught for all this, brought to trial & possibly heavily prosecuted for doing this.
Now Leslie, I think we can both agree that this would be a
SURPRISING REALIZATION, WAKE UP CALL & a " FULL DISCLOSURE DAY in COURT" for poor Mr. Yaffe & who, I'm sure, would like us all to believe was in error & that he just made an honnest mistake for the last year & 2 months here? Well then what the hell is he doing being a judge?
It's A JOKE & it seems to be his joke on us, is that what we deserve for giving this Bum a job & our tax dollars? I ask you!
You talk about bring out the "stage hook".
I say bring out the stage hook & get the Hangman's noose ready, hey Bob, we got a real live joker over here, we're gona' need a studio audience, a news crew & plenty of popcorn & candy for this here execution!
You know Mr.Yaffe, sometimes ya just can't see the forest for the tree's. You just can't see what you got coming to you, can you?
You know maybe we should start callin' him "Old Laffy".They've nick named the electric chair "Old Sparky", maybe we should hook em both up.
Not that he's in any way laughable, it's just that, apparently he sees the whole thing as a joke, a joke on us!
Anything beyond 5 days he's subjected Mr. Fine to is illegal. So again every day, day after day, Yaffe has broken the law again one more time. Each day violating Mr. Fine again time after time, day after day.
So what's the count on all this going down here? On the number of times of Yaffe's Criminal conduct?
Count the number of days, that's the math & number of times of "Yaffe's guilt", not Mr. Fine's!
On top of that, factor in Yaffe thinking in his own mind or betting in his own mind that Mr. fine would have to give in, you know, possibly sign something a long time ago & go away quietly & cave in to the "all mighty judge".
Well, Yaffe you bet wrong on that one too, Flat OUT WRONG!
Don't go to Las Vegas Mr. Yaffe, save your filthy bribe money.
Your a lousy Gambler & if you ever get a real day job after all this, say something like a Sewer worker, which is suitable because you STINK!... Then KEEP IT your gona' need it!
But don't Gamble, your not a gambler, your a looser, a looser who should be fined any money paid to you by our taxpayers & which, you sir, or not entitled to & don't deserve one single red cent!
There is no question this man has no right holding this office & should be seen & judged as no better than a common criminal.
Oh, did I say doesn't deserve being called your Honor ... what a Joke!
I believe anyone allowed the privilege to hold a position of such importance should be absolutely sure each & every day & every morning, when they get up, of the difference between what's RIGHT & what's WRONG." Developing more knowledge & awareness of this as time goes on, not intentionally disregarding it as we've seen here. Not throwing the very job away that were paying him for, & I mean right down the drain & then thumbing his nose at us & the entire legal system to boot.
I can only imagine him rubbing his greedy hands together, counting the thousands of extra dollars in additional filthy bribe money he keep's for himself & that while all the rest of us are suffering thru this terrible depression we're in.
This despicable abuse of power subjecting this polite, mild mannered, upstanding citizen, Mr. Fine, who has the Decently Concern & what I'd call "Nobility" for having exposed this & Must be Punished.
It's like Yaffe's taken the key to his cell & swallowed it leaving Mr. Fine there forever or till death do he part. This, Yaffe's solution to resolve his own wrong doing, all his own making & all his own fault.
What ever happened to the old belief that 2 wrongs don't make a right.
For God's sake get this Bum the hell out of there!
As a taxpayers & citizen's we all are expected to obey the laws as we all should but this doesn't apply to a Judge, who does he think he's kidding.
When asked, if found guilty do I think Judge Yaffe should be punished, I say the sky's the limit baby,.. lower - the - boom!
It's high time this low life be held responsible & accountable for his actions & get a powerful dose of what he's wrongly dished out to countless other undeserving citizens while at the same time sitting up there behind the bench playing God.
A Judge crazy enough to completely abuse power like this hiding his own criminal agenda like, might also just be crazy enough to think he actually is Satin himself in order to justify the crime within his own mind.
But one thing we know for sure & as much as he likes playing the role,
he's certainly no God & certainly nobody we need presiding on the bench in a court of law.

A Lawyer Who Knows the System   Los Angeles, CA

Posted: 10:32 am [PST] on October 12 2010

Folks, your court system and most of your government is at best incompetent. More likely corrupt. Richard Fine is a hero--a man willing to give his life to fight for what is right despite the clear fact that it's not in his interest. His reward for looking out for you? "Let no good deed go unpunished."

People--our republic has been corrupted by greed and self-promotion of those with power. There is little hope to correct it by legal means.

Solution? Probably no way to correct it peacefully. I urge each of you to consider alternative methods, including, if necessary, violent rebellion. Your life, and the lives of our progeny, may well depend on it.

God bless us all.

Jon Streeter   Ladera Ranch, CA

I'm a court reporter in LA Superior Court, and I clicked on "Court Corruption" because I thought it might have something to do with an issue we court reporters (and other employees) of LASC are facing. I do not know as much about this issue as I should, so I'm probably not going to be able to give an accurate account of the situation we're in. The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC)which I believe is composed of judges, claiming that they are facing a shortage of funds (something easy to believe in California in 2010), has called for a reduction in the number of employees and closure of courtrooms. I think this is the same body which instituted our infamous third-Wednesday-of-the-month unpaid "furlough" days. (We were told our workload on the other days would not increase; that is not true: we're handling more cases and working longer hours.) While we are told that we are short $100 million, we then discover that the AOC is spending about 12 times that amount, $1.2 billion, on a prodigious computer system which current users claim does not work and will never work, and which the largest jurisdictions, the counties of LA and San Fransisco refuse to use. Not only that, but there is a hiring freeze in effect because the court system is broke. During this freeze, the AOC has been hiring new employees, some or many of or most of whom are being hired at six-figure starting salaries. We court reporters have been under the threat of mass layoffs to be replaced by lower-paid employees who will be trained to run recording equipment to make the record. It will cost $50 million to buy and install the recording equipment, millions of dollars in separation costs for the laid-off court reporters, and it will all be a boondoggle on a scale unseen in this country because LA County alone is the world's largest court system, and these digital recording schemes have never worked. In some jurisdictions, the laid-off reporters have been hired back after people find out what a nightmare digital recording is in the real world. So I thought your link to "Court Corruption" would be about this. I am HORRIFIED to learn that Richard Fine has been held in jail, solitary confinement no less, for over a year. I didn't think that could happen here -- well, I know it can happen anywhere, but I didn't want it to happen here. This is exactly the kind of government, by the way, you would expect to not want an armed citizenry overseeing their every move, and I very much appreciate the interviews you've done, such as with sheriffs Corona and the chilling Leroy Baca, on the Second Amendment which is the subject that originally led me to your fascinating website.

FOR 8 MONTHS the Court system in Santa Cruz has been stripping my Trust with back-to-back hearings—ALL OF THEM SHAMS! My evidence and witnesses are simply ignored and every complaint or objection of mine is denied. The judge censors me at every hearing and then the opposing attorney writes up the report as though the judge listened to everything I have to complain about and found I didn’t make my case. The other side, the bad Trustee, the report finds he is just the best ever. EXCEPT!—this has happened over and over and over—FOR A Trustee WHO QUIT 10 MONTHS AGO! He has been removed 3 times and replaced—YET! HE STILL CONTROLS THE TRUST FUNDS!! How is this possible? I CANNOT STOP THEM! The next robbery is set for May 20, 2010, Dept. 4. They intend to take $7500-$14,000 more for ADVANCE LEGAL FEES! They are asking for FUTURE ROBBERIES! Even JESSE JAMES didn’t think of that! And I cannot stop them. –HELPPPP!!!!!!dennismcbride@yahoo.com

My Trustee quits, wont respond to calls or emails, but he also wont leave the position. 120 days later I finally get a hearing—the Trustee is out, now I am the new Trustee. The ruling is entered into the record. 14 days later the record is changed to say the Trustee’s attorney filed objections and the judge set a new hearing to review the case. COMPLETE LIE! EVERYONE AT THAT COURTHOUSE IN SANTA CRUZ KNOWS IT! NO ONE CARES! They have dragged me for 8 months with 8 hearings and stripped my Trust of $4-$8000 each month! I have no idea what is left. They said it was about $100,000 left. Its not like I did something to these people and they are teaching me a lesson. I have begged them to stop, pleaded with them to settle with whatever figure they want—Nope! Who could ever have a fair day in Court with a rigged system? The judge censors me at every hearing then they write it up like he listened to every complaint I have! the next beating and robbery is set for May 20th dept 4 santa cruz, they are asking the court to advance them atty fees bcz i wont drop my appeal that they stole my money. i wish i could just let them keep what they stole and take what i have left, but they still control it! the trustee has been removed three times and three times replaced--yet, he still controls the trust! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! Let me tell you folks—I don’t HAVE THAT MUCH! If $50-$150,000 is good enough for two or more judges, 2 stenos, I Clerk, 4 other Clerk’s, and about 4 senior administrators—the receptionist for the judge’s chambers quit, so they get her share, if that is enough for all these people to keep quiet and let this innocent person be robbed in front of them—then, what about the three judges at the appellate Court? Don’t these well-paid, skilled professional people know the appellate Court will not allow a rogue system to operate as certainly people will complain, like me, and after 8 months, certainly they have a lot of explaining to do when the appellate Court reviews this case--- so how can they not worry? When people do bad things to others and don’t care who sees them— HELP!!

This is utterly ridiculous. You can't just throw this man in jail for "so called" contempt of court for the rest of his life! This is f'n America-not Russia. Mr Fine's been in "solitary coercive confinement" for 13 months!
