Los Angeles, CA The Full Disclosure Network® presents a video preview of an hour-long interview with Lawrence John, II a decorated former military and civilian police officer who filed a Human Rights complaint with the United Nations on behalf of political prisoner Richard I. Fine who has been held in the L.A. Central Men’s jail for over a year in solitary “Coercive Confinement” for civil contempt of court.

The complaint filed was made public by Richard I. Fine on March 25, 2001 in his Superior Court “Demand for an Immediate ‘Farr Hearing’” that includes the U. N. Complaint, a declaration by Fine describing how the California and United States Courts have intentionally violated Court Rules, legal ethics and his basic civil and human rights.

In the interview Mr. Johns describes the “Torture” and conditions under which Mr. Fine has be forced to live for over a year. He was jailed on March 4, 2009, without being convicted of crime, without a hearing date, release date. When Mr. Fine’s upper dental place broke on Jan. 5, 2010 his ability to eat was severely impaired. L.A. County Sheriff’s Department refused to respond for almost two months, claiming they could not repair it and would not replace it. Only after Fine filed numerous “ inmate complaints” received media attention did the Sheriff's Department act to fix the dental plate.

The complete two-part interview is to be featured on public cable channels in major cities across the country and on the Internet. DVDs are available from this website here.

I'm fed up! I hear too many cases of injustice and downright cruelty in this country. Although I don't know of any cases in my county, I'm sure that doesn't mean they don't exist. I'm beginning to wonder if we have ANY communities that are not corrupt. It's a sad day for me.

This happens all across the country and its been going on for decades! If one Judge falls then they all must fall! However, they cover for each other so as not to disrupt the corruption! I have had prominent federal judges dismiss my case and then the Appellate court do the same thing! These issues of going to jail without being charged with a crime happen in Child support contempt hearings everyday! We know this to be malicious prosecution and false inprisonment! The kicker is that these courts stonewalled for over a year before responding to my complaints at the federal level! Muscogee County,Columbus, Georgia! This does not even include the electronic surveillance that occurs with parents that work in the private sector! This is a nation wide problem! I would say these actions fall under RICO and CIVIL RICO statutes!

This non-justice situation is almost as evil and corrupt as Cook County, Illinois {Chicago} is.

It takes a brave man to speak out. Thank you for speaking out for all of us. This is a misjustice. Everyone pays the price when the system fails the people. Thank you Mr.John

The comments of Fred Sottile and "JoeBanana" reflect my exact sentiments. Thank you Larry John for speaking to this issue and thank you Leslie Dutton for bringing Richard’s story to life. We will continue to expose this issue of public corruption as it pertains to our government and judiciary. When will our honest attorneys and politicians come forward and express their opinions by disclosing their full names and positions? Is Richard's incarceration and former Senator Nancy Schaefer's politically motivated murder the reason why everyone is so afraid? It is time for everyone to defeat this beast of conspiracy and corruption. Together, we can and we will make a difference. Now is a really great time to come forward and nail these corrupt judges and politicians by exposing who they are and publicizing the specific crimes they have committed. We must make the world a better place for our children and the generation of Americans which trail our footsteps.

Incredibly incisive commentary by Larry John. He states that Richard Fine is fighting alone to stop this corruption and that basically correct statement begs the question, where the hell are all the rest of America's finest? Where are the activists? Where are the "good lawyers?" Where are the judges who are true to their oath? This outrage still remains America's #1 sleeper story. Why? Where is the forth estate (the main stream media)? Where are the religious leaders? Where are the citizens who, like Larry John, do not want to pass a corrupt judiciary on to their children? So it falls to the U.N. How embarrassing for America to be exposed to the rest of the world as a big fat de facto Banana Republic. We have our own little Guantanamo Bay right here in Los Angeles. Torture, illegal incarceration, no bail, no hearing date, no justice. Today, Richard Fine. Tomorrow YOU.

What a stand up guy, bravo Mr. John(s). Why haven't any lawyer types figured this out? While the UN is at it, the president, the governor, the sheriff, the entire state legislature, the director of the FBI, USDOJ, and others are all in on the conspiracy. They are all well aware of the crimes committed, and, all REFUSED to do their duty. They all need to be jailed, impeached, fined, and made examples of.
