With more than 400 million people here in the United States with more than 90% due to (see Population Balance reports) Hispanic females who are promulgating our population toward ONE BILLION within a very few years; there will be an educational and financial crash to where all life will cease to exist unless we have WORLD WIDE MANDATORY BIRTH CONTROL. How can anyone address the educational issue until we curb the OVERPOPULATION issue. McCain has 7 children and Palin 5 children which = 14th century solution for 21st centruy problems. As I have said in the past. we do not need more schools; we need fewer children in order to save our planet. Wake up leaders; address the cause and not the results.
