My what a surprise that without management (management INCLUDES LACUSD, ...) having to automatically make PAYMENT to labor (teachers, ...) OF 300% OF "BAD (PAY) CHECK" LAW for "mistakes" the LACUDS MAKES without "KNOWINGLY" use computer software to make "mistakes". If the stock traders on wall street stock traders can process a trillion shares a day, LACUSD can do this most insignificant processing of 10's of thousands of paychecks without stealing income from labor as unpaid interest management overhead financial budget to run the LACUSD without paying a lien or interest for use of the money seized by LACUSD management from labor (teachers, ...).
P.S. Was Jamil Shaw death an assassination by illegal drug Mafia’s, or more particularly by illegal drug Mafia’s operated by the government of particular one foreign power?
Great wall of China or Mexico??
