Los Angeles, CA The Full Disclosure Network® presents a six minute video preview of a new two-part series covering the growing controversy over violent crimes committed by illegal alien gangs in Los Angeles.

The controversy was sparked when an 18th Street gang member shot and killed 17 year old Jamiel Shaw, II, a popular L.A High school football star, just three doors from his home. The alleged killer, Pedro Espinosa, had been released from L.A. County jail 24 hours earlier after serving four months on assault and weapons charges and was in the country illegally.

In the series both Los Angeles Councilman Dennis Zine and family Jamiel Shaw, II, the murder victim, describe their proposals to revise LAPD’s Special Order 40 in order to expedite the deportation of criminal alien gang members.

Council Chair of the Public Safety Committed Jack Weiss claims that LAPD Chief Bratton must issue a report before he can schedule hearings on Zine's Motion, a claim that is disputed by Zine in a statement issued June 24th.

Also included in the series are video clips featuring law enforcement and civilian police officials describing their position on Special Order 4 video and the history of Special Order 40:
Featured Guests:

  1. Councilman Dennis Zine, LAPD Retired and currently Reserve Officer
  2. U.S. Army Sgt. Anita Shaw, mother of murder victim
  3. Jamiel Shaw, Sr: father of murder victim
  4. Steve Ipsen, Pres. Association of Deputy District Attorneys
  5. LAPD Chief William Bratton
  6. LAPD Chief Daryl Gates (ret)
  7. Edith Perez (1998), Pres. LA Police Commission
  8. Rick Caruso (2002) Pres. LA Police Commission
  9. David Cunningham, III, (2004) Pres. LA Police Commission

This two part series is to be featured on 45 cable systems and is available on DVD from the web site at www.fulldisclosure.net. A preview of the program is also featured on YouTube

Bernard Parks is a weak moron.
He even tolerated one of his own family to get murdered and did not do anything.
Gangs need to be stopped. Else we need viglilantes to go after these illegal gang members and rid society of them once and for all, by whatever means it takes.
Los Angeles.. weak city, weak leaders.

Any tatoos (Ihope I spelled tatoos roght) Bearing gang insignia is prabable cause enough. Because of the riseing tide of crime we should ask in the intrest of national security we need to ask everyone if they are able to reside heer leaglely.

All the corrupt politicans in LA should be tried for treason, they are morons. Stop the invasion of our country by these illegal aliens. There has been 62,000 murders of United States citizens since 9/11. And how many more rapes are going to be aloud to happen. How about all the sex crimes on small children by the illegals. Wake up America and take your country back. It does not belong to La Raza and the illegals. All illegals should be deported now. If they want to come here, do it the legal way and please learn English, I'm tired of being told that I need to learn spanish. The citizens of this country need to have a contrywide protest and tell these criminal politicans to listen to us now or get the hell out. If they like the mexicans so much, move there. See how the mexican government treats them. I hope you people in Calif realize you are losing your state and all your rights as a U.S. citizen. You are at the point of no return. Stand up for your rights, you belong here not the illegals. Good Luck Calif.

the law sounds great, but seems to focus only on illegal gang member. What about those that are legal. Also how about asian gang member, black gang member. we need solutions. this is not a solution to the problem

Zine is delusional, Special Order 40 isn't being enforced, under special order 40 every single arrestee's identification & immigration status could be acertained, only with singular minor misdemeanors is immigration status to be ignored under special Order 40.

Bratton is a political coward. He does not want to risk being perceived as anti immigrant and so he refuses to enforce the law.

Special order 40 and the mayor's designation of LA as a sanctuary city are leading to the destruction of Los angeles.

Support special order 40

Bratton even said, on Mcyntyre in the morning am radio show, to a caller that if she didn't like the way he did business she should "move out of LA"

I say, Bratton, go back to Boston
