HISPANIC MINUTEMAN-COP FIGHTS CORRUPTION & ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
Internet exclusive: On Full Disclosure® Video News Preview
Video Blog Time: 6:28 min.
Release Date: November 24, 2006

Los Angeles, CA: Hispanic gang specialist, retired L.A. Sheriffs Sgt. Richard Valdemar told Full Disclosure NetworkT "It is my duty as a Hispanic to talk about this (the illegal immigration issue) because you cannot, you would be called a racist." In a six minute video preview of part four of a four part Special Series of interviews, Valdemar describes what it was like to work for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for 33 years while having to deal with legal and illegal Mexican immigrants in a city that has become known as "the illegal immigration capitol of the nation".

The preview video is to be featured on the Internet and the full programs will run on 43 cable television systems, as part the Full Disclosure Network'sT regular programming. The interview is conducted by Emmy Award winning host Leslie Dutton.

Sgt. Valdemar (ret) makes the following points in this Part-four of the Special Series:

  • Special Order 40 was the name of the LAPD policy not to report illegal aliens to Federal immigration authorities, the L.A. County Sheriff's policy was similar
  • Illegals stay loyal to Mexico: Years ago illegal aliens who stayed in the country and made it their home, became loyal to the United States; now he says "they stay loyal to Mexico and they hate us."
  • Victims vs Villains: While American law enforcement officers are considered the villains, the illegals are considered victims of the "coyotes" the human smugglers who often rob, rape and abuse them.
  • Minutemen are not racist: The Minuteman movement came about to discourage illegal border crossings. They are not racists, not Nazis, not whacko, they are level headed citizens, including Hispanics and even little old ladies.
  • Illegal Immigration has always been associated with crime, gangs and drugs.
  • NAFTA opened the door (borders) to drug cartels and corruption of our entire system, including political campaigns, law enforcement, etc.
  • Drug Busts Corrupt Law Enforcement: When drug money is seized in the huge quantities, the money goes to the law enforcement agency but the drugs go back out on the street.
  • Illegal Immigration Corrupts the System: When local and federal law enforcement turns their head, when employers and unions conspire to hire under the table to give lower wages and no benefits they exploit the workers and disregard the laws that were made to be enforced.
  • Multinational Banking policies undermine American values: The World Bank, the Bank of America and others don't care about our nation's sovereignty, they have a stranglehold on our economy and now routinely charge 24-28 percent interest when the crime of "Usury" used to be enforced when anyone charged more than ten percent interest. Check cashing policies penalize citizens and money transfers are luring illegal immigrants to come here to use our system.
  • Can We Stop the Decline of the United States? Sgt. Valdemar says Mexico is sending their problem to the U.S. demanding open borders. He says mass amnesty is not an option but points out that having been trained to be a "radical" activist in the Los Angeles Schools, he learned it all starts in the community. He suggests we can return to middle ground, stop corruption, evil and open borders "if we each start by changing our own community."

Billed as "the news behind the news" the Full Disclosure NetworkT is an independent, educational, public affairs cable program featured on 43 cable systems and the worldwide Internet website http://www.fulldisclosure.net/ Hosted by Leslie Dutton, who in 2002 was presented with a public affairs Emmy Award from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for their series entitled "L.A.'s War Against Terrorism". Who are the real illegal aliens? Correction, "who are the unconstitutional aliens who have destroyed the quality of life for all US Citizens?

The following families and banks, some are aliens, own the institution we call the U.S. Federal Reserve.

1. Rothschild Banks of London and Berlin
2. Lazard Brothers Bank of Paris
3. Israel Moses Sieff Banks of Italy
4. Warburg Bank of Hamburg, Germany and Amsterdam
5. Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York
6. Lehman Brothers Bank of New York
7. Goldman Sachs Bank of New York
8. Chase Manhattan Bank of New York (Controlled By Rockefellers)

According to the US Constitution, the Federal Reserve is not to be turned over to a third party. We the people are to be the owners of the US Federal Reserve, however this is not the case.

Today, if the government runs a deficit, the FED prints dollars through the U.S. Treasury, buys the debt, and the dollars are circulated into the economy. In 1992, taxpayers paid the FED banking system $286 billion in interest on debt the FED purchased by printing money virtually cost free. Forty percent of our personal federal income taxes go to pay this interest. The FED's books are not open to the public. Congress has yet to audit it.

Thomas Jefferson stated, "If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

We are currently off the gold standard and thus our US Dollar depreciates twenty times over the course of forty years. This means that the principle amount of $100,000 will only have the purchasing power of $5,000 in forty years. Is it any wonder US citizens have to work well into their old age?

What effect does this have on millionaires?
If a millionaire has 100 million dollars, the principle amount will dwindle down to 5 million over the course of 40 years. Out of shear desperation, millionaires are resorting to predatory business practices and sending jobs over seas in order to counter the effects of a quickly depreciating dollar.

Another point to ponder about illegal immigration:

There is no other region on the globe that purchases more goods and products from the United States than Latin America. Unfortunately, the US does not reciprocate trade in equal proportion to its Latin American neighbors.

Latin America suffers an annual U.S. trade deficit of about 330 billion dollars. Over the course of many years and many decades, the trade deficit has climbed into the trillions of dollars. How peculiar, we still haven’t figured out why so many of them are crossing our borders.

However, there is one very constant but unspoken trade arrangement the U.S. has been willing to engage in with some Latin American countries and that is the trade of arms for drugs. In the absence of legitimate trade, illegitimate trade becomes the alternative. While third world countries are not in a position to dictate business conditions, they are most certainly willing to take whatever business comes their way.

I am a US Citizen and am very proud and fortunate to have been born in this great country. It is for this reason that I make this declaration in defense of the U.S. Constitution, which has been violated by corporations, and politicians who have the benefit of the Fifth Amendment. Public servants and corporations should not have the same protection as regular citizens and should be held accountable for turning us into consumers instead of respecting us as citizens.

Respectfully submitted,

Jess Franco

Even in our little So. New England community, I am seeing changes for the worse. I was always a liberal, never discriminated against anyone, and believed in live and let live. What a wake-up call I've received!
I don't like to generalize about one group, however our culture is going backwards, I see it every day! Not to mention that our local hospitals are over-loaded, and tax payers are paying for the free care that illegals are getting. Our systems are strained too far, and our culture and language is dying.

I'm an American of Mexican and Scottish decent. I agree with Sgt. Valdemar. The illegals I've encountered on my job as a civil servant are loyal to Mexico, not to the US. Many of those (not all) that cross the border illegally are the criminal element. Whether or not a criminal element, illegals should not be here. Illegals over burden police, social services, education, just to name a few, and have greatly contributed to California's insolvency. Mexico does not tolerate illegals that have entered Mexico. The US should do likewise. There are many Hispanic Americans that agree with Sgt. Valdemar and more Hispanic Americans need to be outspoken about the fact that Mexico needs to take responsibility for its poor and the Us needs to toughen its immigration policy. I don't understand the anger of those Hispanics that while living in the US, revert to the old, tired argument that California was "stolen" from Mexico. On the other hand, comments bordering on white supremacy, like those of David J Walsh in Santa Ana scare the heck out of me! We "real" Americans come in all colors and creed.

I have lived here most of my life and can't believe that I actualy had to take a college spanish class just to work with the kitchen help. not one resturant here in lewisville texas has a white person working in the kitchens of our resturants. My brother cake down from IL and went out to lock for a job in a resturant and everywhere he went they looked at him very strangely when he said he likes to work in the kitchen, so they made him a waiter insted because he was unable to get a job in a kitchen part of the reurants.

There is a term called a thousand points of light, its basically taking an issue and looking at it from differant perspectives.

I would agree with the and not agree with ... the comments made.

I believe that when all the points are looked at then some of those agreements and disagreements can be examined for a more open ended hypothesis that will show a realistic point of view.

What is real time, to the real issues at hand on the immigration debate.

The problem with the immigration push button is that for the most part it is the mexican and the mexican boarder that takes center stage.

It was not the mexicans that hijacked planes and blew up the world trade center, it was arab immigrents, in fact we have immigrents in america from all over the world, chinese, korean, and other asian nations, europeans and many others. But for as long as the debate focuses on the Mexicans, the mexicans as always will fight back for selve preservation.
