Los Angeles, CA The Full Disclosure Network® is releasing an eight minute video preview of a special DVD Collection of Videos examining the rapidly escalating use of non-voter approved and voter approved government Bonds in California over the last decade. The collection is entitled "The Bondage of Bonds...The Taxpayers Burden" featuring officials and experts directly involved in the issuance, expenditure and oversight of billions in government indebtedness.

The release of the new collection coincides with the announcement by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger that he going to declare a "fiscal emergency" in January 2008. The emergency is believed to have been created by not only the rapid increase in Bonded indebtedness, but the fact government spending in California has increased 40% since Schwarzenegger took office in 2004.
