Los Angeles, CA The sixth State Superior Court Judge, James Chalfant, has stepped down from sitting on the Richard I. Fine case involving the County of Los Angeles. Fine's Motion to "Null & Void" all of Judge Yaffe's Orders in the Marina Strand Colony II Homeowers Assn. v County of Los Angeles, including his Civil Contempt of Court, have been sent back to Judge Carolyn Kuhl who is searching for a Judge elligible to sit on Richard Fine's Motion, but it appears that all the Judges in Los Angeles now realize they have a serious conflict when sitting on cases involving the County of Los Angeles.
LA County Payments Create Conflict:
Judge Carolyn Kuhl was one of five other Judges who have side stepped from the Richard Fine case involving the County after it was revealed she and the others have been receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments from the County of Los Angeles and continue to do so. Although Court officials have declined to respond to Full Disclosure's inquiry as to how many times Superior Court Judges in Los Angeles had been recused or disqualified from sitting county cases, they do admit that all L A.Judges were recused on the 2006 Sturgeon v County of Los Angeles case where the payments to California Judges was found to be illegal.
RETROACTIVE IMMUNITY FROM CRIMINAL PROSECUTION:
The Judges and County officials received retroactive immunity from criminal prosecution in 2009 for their involvement in the illegal payment scheme when Senate Bill SBX 211 was approved by the legislature in the middle of the night without any public debate. This measure promises to be scrutinized as the Judicial conflict controversy escalates.
JUDICIAL WALL OF RESISTANCE BROKEN:

Judge James Chalfant has received $608,000 from L. A. County according to the County Auditor's Report obtained by Richard I . Fine who says that the Judge had no choice but to recuse himself from sitting on his Motion to Null and Void all of Judge David Yaffe's Orders, including his Contempt Order that held Fine In solitary "coercive confinement" for eighteen months in the L A County Jail. Have any more Judges bit the dust recently? I believe that the only time America will get assistance onto the Cess-pool corruption is for a class-action suit brought before the ICC (International criminal Court): FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, and by a group of truly outraged citizens: America has got to be shamed. The world has got to know about the Human Rights State.
This is not an issue about 1, or 2 people. We have entered an Oligarchic rule: the buggy-men warned about by Jefferson…they are here! The entire Supreme Court is desperately in need of immediate arrest and perhaps hanging: EVERY MEMBER.

BECAUSE I DID WHAT THEY SAID I HAD A RIGHT TO DO, I TOOK UP MY CASE AS THEIR DECISION THE WINKLEMAN DECISION, (look it up), AND AMENDMENT 1 (RIGHT TO LEGAL REDRESS) SAID I COULD, AND, BECAUSE I HAVE THE FACTS, AND BECAUSE DESPITE JUDGE Stephen McAuliffe’s ruling that the United States Constitution is only applicable to me in a theoretical way…I have refused to back down, and they have destroyed my life, and that of my son, and is allowing Jeanne M. Kincaid to bombard my son with porn; and to continue to deny me the right to earn a living!
I know that in our case, Europe would have to intervene, and blast the sordid details all over its pages…and THAT’S WHAT I BLINKING-WELL WANT!
These human rights abuses…being kept outside the protections of the law, is also ongoing to many Bill Windsors (Whose telephone, cell-phones, printer, computers etc. are bugged) and that includes his family and associates, as they did to the Rodney Stitches, and the Leslie Sachs, …they have been trying to murder Sachs in Brussels via the CIA…these criminals hunt and seek to accomplish what the criminals could or did not do on the soil…like the murder of Beverly Eckert widow of 911: HOW MANY OTHER LIVES THEY TOOK TO GET HERS? But I digress.
Bader-Gingsburg did not find it necessary to write a dissenting opinion in respective to Dr. Fine what the hell does she care about Human Rights? This phoney baloney monster! But god is watching, and he is the final Judge! See she had no dissenting opinion and is always absent from true justice…Breyer the same, BECAUSE THEY ARE HYPOCRITS & LIARS! HOW DARE HER SEEK TO COMPARE CONSTITUTIONS, WHEN IT IS THE MONSTERS BEHIND THE ROBES! SHE KNOWS THIS, BUT SHE IS HOPING TO REIGN IN SOME SYMPATHY, OR ATTRIBUTION …THERE, LOOK, SHE IS AN HONEST AND PHILANTROPIC HUMANITARIAN…THIS HOODLUM CYNICAL WITCH! HOW DARE HER!

The Judicial Corruption in Babylon is real, and ongoing…even as I write this to you, the whore Kincaid is present here. (We’ll see how long she allows this to stay up). Unless a very serious group of people understand and know that nothing will ever change here in America (as far as the corrupt Judiciary) we will go round, and round and round in the circle game.
To avoid blood-shed, I believe that massive suits need to be brought externally before the world Court in THE HAGUE, for crimes against humanity. Time does not permit me to go into details.

Jeanne M. Kincaid has resumed the sending of porn to my son (where she commenced this at age 10) she resumed this again at age 15. My son is embarrass and will not tell me how long it has been ongoing, but I discovered this some 3 months ago, and brought it to the attention of the Niagara Falls Police Department Officer Steve “D.” He said he would document & investigate, but someone got to him….i guess that it was Kincaid who told him NOT TO DO IT….see, she’s under cover via Justice Breyer…TO SEND PORN TO MY SON!
I reckon that because he is a Negro in America things will continue the same. I suppose the Europeans would have to break this story wide open WIDE OPEN! MARK THE DAY!

cares at all about our court system not turning into a joke they will take notice in what was a secrete in
the diseased branch of state Gov.
Mr Fines incarceration must be a priority issue in which we all attempt to address this Crime and
provide support in mounting an investigation to prosecution those who allowed this Hero with restitution for his heroic act!
