Los Angeles, CA Here is a ten minute Full Disclosure Network® video news report about how volunteers are fighting what appears to be Court Corruption that is making it very difficult for Richard I Fine to win his freedom. The volunteers are trying to Free Richard Fine from L A County Central Men's Jail where he has been in solitary coercive confinement for going on seven months. He was jailed following a civil contempt judgment for having attempted to disqualify Superior Court Judge David Yaffe, for failing to disclose that he received illegal payments from a party involved in the litigation (Marina Strand Colony II Homeowners Assn. vs County of L.A.)
JUDICIAL CORRUPTION SEEN AS THREAT
The video features Fred Sottile and Full Disclosure Host Leslie Dutton a with a description of how Richard Fine is representing himself "In Pro Per" writing the court documents using legal codes from memory in his jail cell. The difficult circumstances of this legal battle is described vividly by Sottile who sees the Judicial Corruption as a threat to the entire country.
OBSTACLES ENCOUNTERED
The obstacles encountered by the volunteers for Richard I Fine are documented in a series of video news reports produced by the Full Disclosure Network. The second segment in the series is to be release next week. Many of the volunteers helping Richard Fine have had personal encounters with the flawed Court process and were motivated to come forward due to the issues involved in his case.

Jeanne M. kincaid, continues to delete my thoughts here, she has gain the help from the United States Supreme Court to continually deny my Amendment 1 rights...because they do not like my speech: See it is obvious from the Fine case that these rights have been loss for some time, and the only people having access to them are people of connections (the entire U.S judiciary and members..i.e. lawyers (in good standing).
I prdict that this is where the people's fight will have to be: not with the politicians or local government, but with the oligarchs ruling us. The judiciary

If we stop fighting for principle, we loose our rights & freedom. why bother voting for term limits to keep things' in check' if we cant stop the judges from over turning any decisions that threaten to take away their power and restore our rights, whats left? Better get used to Supreme Court choosing our Presidents for us. It's our duty to be vigelent weeding out the bad seed to prevent being overrun. stay aware, stay informed, avoid hAzardous interference there's power in numbers. be united

To Question 1.
Yes, Absolutely. YES !
To Question 2.
Yes, Absolutely. YES !
To Question 3.
Yes, Absolutely. YES !
Please allow me to express my true feelings about this matter.
I feel that this is highly criminal & that Judge Yaffe in particular should be brought to trial for this gross violation he is purposely committing on Mr. Fine & all other law abiding citizens & be immediately taken out of office as Judge, prosecuted as an ordinary citizen, which is a decent level of individual in our society the standards of which he in my opinion does not meet by a long shot. Except because of such a gross violation & abuse of power should be sentenced to 2 days for every 1 day he has sentenced Mr. Fine to & that should be exactly the precise situation Mr. fine has endured times 2, & that debt being satisfied first and foremost before what ever standard Prison sentence he will or should incur as the result of his jury trial & subsequent guilty conviction he will suffer as a consequence of that blatant abuse & be allowed to serve out that sentence only after satisfying that incarceration first & then let this landmark abuse case serve as the textbook case for other judges who might think of attempting to get away with this.
I think Mr. Yaffe, Only addressing him as Mr. might be a little to nice on my part, & he certainly is no Judge but a common criminal, should have no problem serving out what ever sentence that is since I'm sure he's a spring chicken compared to 70 Year Old Mr. Fine who's so graciously served out this profoundly unfounded & grossly undeserved Jailing which Mr. Yaffe has illegally Granted him while knowing full well every morning of every day when he gets up (Mr.Yaffe does, that is) of how wrong it is and that he possibly could be brought for justice from all this. I believe that every morning when they get up a person being allowed to be in a powerful position like this should be absolutely sure of one thing, the difference between RIGHT & WRONG & be constantly refining & elevating his perception of that & not throwing the very thing we pay him for straight into the trash, thumbing his nose at us, And rubbing his greedy hands together while pocketing thousands in cash while everyone else is suffering thru a depression & while he's be so despicable with abusing his power he's sentenced a good polite mild mannered upstanding 70 year old model citizen like Mr. Fine to prison conditions nothing less than torture & apparently taken and swallowed the key, leaving him there indefinitely or till death in order to resolve this horrendous situation which is all a crime of his own & his own making.
Do I feel as a taxpayer & citizen who's expected to obey our laws when ask if Mr. Yaffe should be punished, The sky's the limit, it's time he should get a dose of what he's criminally dished out to our innocent citizens & it can't happen soon enough

The fact that mainstream media (including Internet) has not covered these events is evidence that the corruption in LA is in every city of our nation.
