Los Angeles, CA. L.A. County District Attorney and the L. A Superior Courts have refused to take any action to deport illegal alien gang members, as a matter of policy. For years, like the LAPD, these agencies have contended that they do not have anything to do with illegal immigration and their official policy as stated “is to treat illegal aliens no differently than American Citizens”.

According the Steve Ipsen, President of the Association of Deputy District Attorneys, criminal alien gang members and U.S. Citizens, who are released on probation, must have the approval of the District Attorney’s office. and in fact as part of the probation, is ordered to “stay in the United States” while on probation.
Following the March 2, 2008 murder of a popular high school football star, Jamiel Shaw, II, a criminal gang member by the name of Pedro Espinosa, was arrested for the crime. Espinosa had been early released from L. A. County jail after service four months on assault and weapons charges. Neither the District Attorney’s office or the Courts raised any questions as to whether or not he should be removed from the country. The L. A. County Sheriff’s Department failed to notify Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) that Espinosa was in the country illegally.

This is disgusting...PERIOD All illegal and/or undocumented people should be kicked out of this country, whether they have birthed a baby here or not. When the baby grows up, they can come back and claim citizenship. People are starving here and anyone illegal or undocumented are being treated like kings. They get General Relief, Social Security, Disability, as well as other private programs giving them housing, food, cars...etc.

It doesn’t seem to matter if it is Police Officer in Houston attempting to safe guard his city, a high school student in Los Angeles standing in front of his home while his mother is half way around the world defending her country, or a father and his sons in San Francisco driving home all became targets of ILLEGALS and were murdered because of the greed of "our" Elitist Politicians and their Elitist Contributors in search of "cheap labor" to help their "bottom line"!
I just do not understand how our President and our Congress can send our young men and women half way around the world in defense of the United States and refuse to defend our National Borders and Enforce our Immigration Laws while at the same time warning our military, for their own safety, not to wear their uniforms when traveling to "our" southern borders. Now our military can no longer leave their children at home in a "major United States city" and expect them to be safe or a least as safe as the parents in a "combat zone"!!
Our FAMILIES are at the mercy of ILLEGALS and their Anchor Babies being murdered, raped, infected with disease, or robbed. We can see the results of the ILLEGAL invasion in our courts every day! But NOT to worry the Chamber of Commerce will get their "cheap labor" increasing "their privatized" PROFITS while socializing the "benefits" for their ILLEGALS on the back of United States Citizens, thanks to Bush, the Congressional Leadership(?), and local elected and appointed officials!!

Federal government is going to have to enforce laws and ICE need to get into California. Learn what I-9s are; immigrants are to fill these I-9s forms out, and they need to be E-Verified. Undocumented immigrants do not have a Right to Privacy.

I live in an area where many citizens (including Mexican-Americans) are "fleeing" LA due to the dramatic erosion of quality of life due to Latino gangs.
Their kids are now bring the gang culture with them and creating serious problems here. Deport criminal ALIENS TO SAVE AMERICA!

What is wrong with you people Downtown Los Angeles. Here you have citizens that pay taxes that work, that obey the laws in the State and Country that work every day, and you allow this to continue by having illegal roaches, to even live and stay in our country, in our city and do the crimes that you let happen by keeping these people here. One you deport them and they come back send them to TDC Texas Department of Corrections for Five years aotomaticaly, if they come back a third time, send them to Angolia State Penitentary, if they come back again let them stay at Angoloia Pen for Life. That will gurantee to cut that return and crime to continue like it has, the problem is continuing because you are too easy on these people that don't give a damn, they have nothing going for themselves and nothing to care about anyone else that has worked hard, went to school, and paid the price to get ahead in life, for someone that has never even tried to want to or know what it is like to sacrafice for anything in their life, just taking, killing and don't care type of attitude. Things need to change. The people are tired of all of this. Wake Up City Hall.
