Los Angeles, CA. L.A. County District Attorney and the L. A Superior Courts have refused to take any action to deport illegal alien gang members, as a matter of policy. For years, like the LAPD, these agencies have contended that they do not have anything to do with illegal immigration and their official policy as stated “is to treat illegal aliens no differently than American Citizens”.

The Full Disclosure Network® presents a three minute Video News Blog featuring the official spokespersons for the Los Angeles County District Attorney and the L.A. Superior Courts clearly stating, their policy regarding illegal immigrants who are processed by their agencies and insist on referring to them as “undocumented persons”. This video news blog is to be featured on YouTube “Fulldisclosurenetwrk” Channel as well as the Full Disclosure Network website at www.fulldisclosure.net and will be featured on 45 cable television channels as part of a Video News Blog Special Series.

According the Steve Ipsen, President of the Association of Deputy District Attorneys, criminal alien gang members and U.S. Citizens, who are released on probation, must have the approval of the District Attorney’s office. and in fact as part of the probation, is ordered to “stay in the United States” while on probation.

Following the March 2, 2008 murder of a popular high school football star, Jamiel Shaw, II, a criminal gang member by the name of Pedro Espinosa, was arrested for the crime. Espinosa had been early released from L. A. County jail after service four months on assault and weapons charges. Neither the District Attorney’s office or the Courts raised any questions as to whether or not he should be removed from the country. The L. A. County Sheriff’s Department failed to notify Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) that Espinosa was in the country illegally.

I think whenever an illegal alien is found here, especially when they are arrested, they should be deported the day they are released from jail. Harsh? Yes. Fair? Yes. My family is made up of aliens, all of them legally here.

The judicial system both at the federal and the state and local levels are corrupt and are in bed with special interest lobbyists who want to turn this once great lady into a third world toilet. America has no government. American soldiers are based all over the world but do you think homeland security would place them on Americas borders? No, because this is not a government of "OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE" This a non-governent "OF THE GOVERNMENT, BY THE GOVERNMENT AND FOR THE GOVERNMENT"! These maggotts will get their due, American patriots will see to that!

I challenge any of these L.A. County officials to show me the exact article & clause or amendment from our CA Constitution that grants ILLEGAL ALIENS the same rights as sovereign Citizens of CA.

CA has become an alien nation, they are doomed to fail, and no one can see it. How sad! Where does Hollywood live now?

This is an just an outrage. I don't understand why the voters in LA put up with it. The whole waste basket needs to be turned upside down.

ILLEGAL GANGS should not have the same rights as American Citizens and permanent residents. Illegal gang member should be deported!!!!! The courts are sending a wrong massage to illegal gangs that they can commit a crime with no worry of deportation and have the same right as US resident!!! After the death of Jamiel Shaw by Pedro Espinosa illegal gang member, All Los Angeles County District Attorney should be terminated. PS Have the court post a very large sign in US border stating (WELCOME TO THE US COMMIT A CRIME YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AND TIMES IN COURT)

Any illegal alien, gang member or not should be deported.
The deportation cost should come from the border patrol budget.
All States should take funding and control of the border patrol from the feds and stop this madness.
