Full Disclosure Network® presents an 8 minute video exposé featuring former U S Prosecutor Richard I . Fine who describes a panic "cease and desist" letter sent out by HUD attorney Edward J. Campbell to a Marina del Rey activist who had received a copy of a recently approved application for a HUD $125million loan guarantee submitted by Marina del Rey developer Jerry Epstein on a controversial high density luxury apartment complex.
In a letter dated April 15, 2011 HUD approved a Freedom of Information Request Act (FOIA) for the loan guarantee application submitted by Jerry Epstein on the Del Rey Shores redevelopment project and determined that the document was "releasable without exemptions."
In his letter HUD attorney Campbell demanded immediate return of the document within three days, the names and addresses of anyone who received copies and instructed them to all be destroyed. Full Disclosure® obtained a full copy of the HUD application and has received a legal opinion from the public interest legal organization Judicial Watch that the disclosure of this document is legal. Watch Related Video (7:15 min) : Developer Jerry Epstein's attorney was Sheldon Sloan and Jeffery Bleich was legal counsel to Los Angeles County in litigation opposing attorney Richard Fine while they were sitting Presidents of the State Bar Association. Richard Fine was disbarred while Sloan and Bleich served as President of the State Bar. During the disbarment proceedings both Sloan and Bleich failed to disclose that they financially benefitted from the removal of Richard Fine from the case involved.

I believe HUD acts in collusion with various corporate partnerships involved in fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Drug dealers are protected on HUD-subsidized properties too. Read the archives @ http://www.typog.blogspot.com

This makes me wonder if a housing development that was built outside of Star, Idaho was a HUD guaranteed project. There was no market for the homes. The builder of the homes was Avimore. The parent company of Avimore was SunCore and SunCore was a wholly owned subsidiary of Arizona Public Service (APS), Arizona's largest electricity supplier. According to the information on the webpage, thousands of acres were under development.
The reason I think it might be is because Idaho Power was also involved in building "Affordable Housing". I was pretty outraged by that since I thought that PUHCA of 1935 was still in effect but it turns out that when they started down this conservation road, they allowed the power companies to have subsidiaries to invest in all things "green". I have no doubt that the Affordable Housing is green.

This stuff has been going on since before the murder of CFO of Freddie Mac, David Kellerman, who was initially declared a suicide like the late D.C. Madam. Both were murdered. A. About the Court
The ICC is a permanent international criminal tribunal that can try the most heinous international crimes. It was established after the Rome Summit in 1998 and entered into force on 1st July 2002 after sixty states ratified the Rome Statute.
The Rome Statute provides for the establishment of a permanent Court with the jurisdiction to try cases of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
The underlined above is our present concern. The United States Judiciary in general (because the vast corruption is enveloped within ALL 50 STATES!
