Los Angeles, CA   This series features Alex Alexiev who reveals the Real Energy Revolution and new technology that shows promise to reduce the cost of oil and gas in the United States and will allow the U. S. to become independent from foreign oil in the near future.  He compares the limitations of so called  “Renewable Energy” programs that were developed out of desire to eliminate global warming by controlling green house gases.  He compares conventional energy to renewable energy and the the practicality of both. This is part 1 of a three part series consisting of nine video segments of approximately 8-10 minutes each.  Alexiev is an international scholar who who for many years was affiliated with the Rand Corporation as a foremost researcher and author on international security issues.  He is now affiliated with the Hudson Institute and is a frequent contributor to National Review and other journals.   Here the summary for each of the nine segments of this interview with Alex Alexiev available on the Internet and on public able channels in cities throughout California and in major cities throughout the United States.

Segment #1:  The discovery of enormous conventional energy resources in the United States has been made possible  by the development of new technology that provides a cost effect way to access and extract the resources for world wide use.   Alexiev describes the new technology that  has made it possible to reach natural gas and oil from  shale without adverse consequences.  He says the new discoveries and  process will allow the United States  to become self sufficient and the number one exporter of energy in the world.

Segment #2:  Alex Alexiev describes the  process known as “fracking”  that has become controversial and is being debated across the country, but in this interview he points to the assurances made by one of the nations leading environmentalists, Ms. Lisa Jackson Director the EPA “we have no evidence of water contamination on account of fracking”.  The allegations that “fracking” can cause earthquakes but no evidence has been produced to substantiate  such claims.  Testimony from grassroots and community meetings are provided in this segment to demonstrate the concerns and fears of skeptics of the “fracking” process.

Segment #3:  Featured here is Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich first campaigned  on this issue that it is now known there is massive more oil in the United States than the U S Geological survey once believed.   The true amount of oil is currently unknown because every time they explore for oil they find more.   Alexiev points to the increase in production of oil has encourage the  exporting of derivatives due to the availability of shale oil that promotes the promise of becoming independent from Arab Oil.   He says the reason we do not hear more about these new sources of oil     Means that the price of oil  is going to drop drastically and the cost of gas fired electricity which is a fraction of the cost of solar or wind energy.

Loading USA Will Lead:The Energy Revolution...

Segment #4:  Stock values for “green industry” have dropped dramatically (90%) and the reason is that the renewable solar energy is not practical in regions where climate is overcast.  Without sunshine solar energy is impractical. German is a good example of where subsidized solar energy has driven up costs to the consumers and the taxpayers. That is why they realized solar energy makes no sense.   Alexiev points to the renewable energy companies that are going bankrupt and cannot exist without subsidies.

Loading USA Will Lead:The Energy Revolution...

Segment #5:  Global Warming fears and the rise of the “Green Party” sparked  the disasterous energy policies that promoted Germany’s methodical renewable energy programs that are destroying it’s future, according to Alex Alexiev.  He says Germany has been the largest exporter of machines in the world.   If electricity becomes so expensive says it will be impossible for them to compete.  Alexiev describes the powerful political forces in Germany who have been responsible for fostering the policies that forced Germany to move away from conventional energy.  He compares the U S subsidized Solyndra disaster that demonstrated these programs are not capable of working.

Loading USA Will Lead:The Energy Revolution...

Segment #6: Alexiev describes the same irrational policies in Germany are happening here in the United States.  The Solyndra, bankruptcy is only one of a number of solar companies, wind companies that are going bankrupt because it simply is not economically feasible.  “Let me give you an example of where I live which is in the San Luis Obispo County.  the environmentalists are doing the same thing that they’re doing in Germany. And the results will be pretty much the same.   San Luis Obispo County approved two solar projects, one that is now being built.  It’s called the   California Valley Solar Ranch, CVSR.  This is a project that received $1.2 billion of government loan guarantees.  This California Valley Solar Ranch will have,  12 permanent jobs.  These are mostly people that will squeegee the solar panels from dust.  That’s what that will be.  Picture it.  $1.2 billion dollars for 12 jobs.  That’s a $100 million dollar a job. Well we’re all paying for that because it came straight from the Obama stimulus package.  So it’s taxpayers’ money.  On top of that the local utility called PG&E signed a contract, forced by the government to sign a contract to buy energy from this solar plant at 50 percent above market rate.  Who’s paying for that?  The customers of PG&E.  What’s the total?  $453 million over the life of the contract which is 20 years. “  Read the entire transcript as a Full Disclosure Insider and subscriber.

Segment #7:    Alexiev declares that Calfiornia is no longer an industrial power. He cites that California businesses that are dependent upon cheap and/or reliable energy that is not available in California.  No new computer “chip” plants like Intel, have been built in  California due to the fact that we now import 25% of of our energy from coal fire plants in Utah and Oregon. Soon we will be getting energy from Mexico Alexiev says.  Google is now one of the largest companies and their headquarters are in Silicon Valley but their “server farms” are warehouses with 10,000 15,000 computer servers that rely upon cheap and reliable energy.   Auto plants have left California because cheap or reliable energy available in not available.

Segment #8:  Mr. Alexiev maintains that if California were to pursue a conventional energy  plan we could return to prosperity. The availability of oil is all around us where huge amounts of oil seep out to the surface of the coastline in Santa Barbara. The oil companies are blamed by residents for the seepage but in fact the seepage is a natural occurrence that has been going on for years.  Elitists who have promoted renewable energy,  claim it is good or the people to pay more, when it is not necessary.

Segment #9  American people are waking up to the reality.  Global Warming is now called “Climate Change” this is due to changing attitudes about subsidizing renewable energy programs.  The Solyndra half- billion dollar government guaranteed loan, just before it went bankrupt,  has contributed to the awakening in America.  There is no longer enough money to subsidize utopian schemes.    You cannot continue to subvert the market and hope for prosperity too.  Alexiev explains why Warren Buffett got into the subsidized energy business.  He says if the government is giving away taxpayers  money why not, you cannot loose.

The biggest problem American’s face today is a completely dysfunctional, criminal government cartel. The US government has become harmful, dangerous, and deadly. It’s no longer beneficial, it costs too much, and it’s run by people who would normally be in jail, if they weren’t in office. The US government is so far off track, there’s no salvaging it, it really must be completely overhauled to get the ingrained corruption purged from it’s bowels.

Hi, Leslie and Tom. It seems that all of the segments broadcast the same thing. Is my computer just weird?

  3. 7 mos, 3 wks ago

I am really surprised and deeply disappointed that Full Disclosure would push a pro oil and gas drilling agenda on it’s website. This man spoke as if solar energy was a bad idea and more gas and oil frilling the answer to all our problems. Has anyone at Full Disclosure not hear of the term “global warming”? “Drill baby drill” is not the answer.

Tom I will resend the email, because all of videos showed they were working. Mystery. Now it seems that they have disappeared when you come in from the link on the home page.

Liz Barris: It seems that there is a problem with the links to the videos. You probably just saw the preview. Please hold your judgment till you see all 9 of the segments. We are working to fix the problem. This interview and it is an on-going discussion. As you know we are Full Disclosure and are awaiting the results of studies that document the dangers of “fracking” . Right now is not much to go on and the head of the EPA is saying there is no documented proof of water contamination. What do you suggest us folks do when we are out of gas and power? Appreciate your comments. Full Disclosure Network

    Hi Leslie,
It seems to me the elephant in the room is the claim that coal fired plants are polluting. They certainly are in China but with clean air restrictions in the U.S. they are very clean and typically emit only water vapor into the air.

This whole interview was skewed toward a return to the nurturing, loving arms of the oil companies. The heads of these mega corporations are as corrupt as our own government and typically much more powerful. Personally, I think they are both (government and companies) run by the same ultra-elite that was behind the global warming fiasco.

The scientists that were caught cooking the numbers in climategate were being paid to do so by someone with an agenda. That agenda is to make humanity the cause of all the worlds ills and to begin the drastic reduction of populations either by economic means or by force. As Gerald Celente said recently “Get ready for the last train to Auschwitz”.

The above information was overwhelmingly about large government/corporate “green” energies. If 1/2 the money given to the mega banks had went to the nation’s home owners for sustainable and self-generating energy AT THEIR HOMES AND CONTROLLED AND OWNED BY THEM…. The economic benefits for everyone involved would have been unparalleled. Imagine never having another monthly electric or gas bill. Imagine having power, light, heat, etc. in any natural or man made disaster. Imagine having the independence from central control that would create and the mind set of the same that would develop in other than energy usage. In the main…The arguments for or against sustainable “green” energy are invalid, frivolous, and misinforming… because they argue and debate one mega government/corporate approach to another… rather than decentralizing power production and distribution versus centralized versions of the same.

Calling Lisa Jackson a leading environmentalist after how the EPA turned its back on the Gulf and refused to stop Corexit in favor of harmless oil dissolvants makes this piece not worth my time. I don’t want to have to wade thru a bunch of propaganda to find nuggets of questionable wisdom.

“Alexiev is an international scholar who who for many years was affiliated with the Rand Corporation as a foremost researcher and author on international security issues.” WHAT THE FUCK RAND ARE NEW WORLD ORDER AND THIS IS PRO OIL/GAS NONSENSE KEEPING THE BLOOD FOR OIL GOING.

Hemp Fuel would make America or any country energy independent and it wouldnt take long at all. Some hemp strains mature in 60-90 days. Ethanol, methanol, methane gas, and gasoline without sulfur can be derived from biomass made from hemp. Hemp can produce 10 tons of biomass per acre every four months. Biomass has a heating value of 5000-8000 BTU/lb. The hemp plant is one of the only plants that can be harvested year-around in states like California, or Florida for example.

Anyone who does not think there is enough land to grow hemp for fuel and still grow food crops need to take a serious look at all the waste land that can be converted into arable land. Watch the video 6 ways mushrooms can save the world. Hemp would also be a great resource to convert land into arable land good for growing food crops.

    http://mylesohowe.com/index.php?page=hemp

In 1937, the same year of the Marihuana Tax Act, DuPont had just patented processes for making plastics from oil and coal, as well as a new sulfate/sulfite process for making paper from wood pulp. Despite Industrial Hemp having 50,000 uses, Dupont, Rockefeller, Hearst, Mellon and their constituents cornered the industrial and medicinal market with political propaganda, to insure against the competition of hemp fuel and safe, non-addicting and biodegradable products. The blind prejudice remains. If we and the other animals on the planet are to survive, we must see through this ignorance and correct the problem.

Our number one need is oxygen. Hemp and bamboo are the two fastest growing plants on the planet. Both have a uniquely bright infrared signature, creating oxygen and breathing in CO2. Bamboo grows in tropical and semi-tropical zones. Hemp grows everywhere but the poles. Hemp also produces ozone while it grows. Ozone breathe in CO2, cool the air, attract moisture, create rain. We need to switch fuels especially with the energy demand growing. Alcohol and hemp seed oil still burn oxygen, but create it while they are growing without any sulfur. Gasoline does not.

Hemp fuel would make ALL POISONOUS TOXIC CANCER CAUSING ENERGY LIKE OIL AND GAS OBSOLETE.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE
There is a new energy reactor that can replace ALL current energy generators (coal, gas, nuclear, solar, wind, etc.) with safe, clean, and abundant energy. Einsteins theory that mass can be converted to energy is now being done, they are called LENR Reactors: The industrial version LENR is now being produced and sold in Italy. US will begin manufacture next year!!! See: http://rossifocardifusion.com/author/john

Excellent posting, the power to choose provides amazingly wide open market
full of challenges and opportunties. As energy carries on and continues
to deregulate locally, nationaly, and globaly extra options will be offered to
savvy entreprenuers. I am confident you would agree that this is an interesting time and new technologies will
generate even a lot more options.
