JUDICIAL TESTIMONY ADMITS CONFLICT & REMORSE

Los Angeles, CA The U S Supreme Court twice denied a hearing to court corruption fighter and jailed attorney Richard I. Fine (Fine vs L A County Sheriff Leroy Baca Case No. 09-A827 and No. 09-1250) During a four week period in April and May 2010 the Court denied the two appeals without comment indicating they are disposed to ignore the long held U S Supreme Court precendent case IN RE FARR, where in 1974 Justice William O Douglas limited to five days the time that a person can be held in solitary “coercive confinement” for civil contempt of court. Fine has been held in those conditions since March 4, 2009.
JUDICIAL CONFLICT ADMITTED IN COURT TESTIMONY
Although Fine has never been charged or convicted of a crime he was jailed following an attempt to disqualify Judge David P. Yaffe from sitting on a case where he had accepted payments from a party ot the case. The fact that Judge Yaffe refused to step down from the case and instead presided on the case where he himself was invovled and then ordered Fine to jail has been verified by the Judge’s on Court Testimony citing the conflict, and stating that he was “troubled” by the fact that he was being called as a witness in Fine’s contempt case where he himself was sitting as the judge.
ATTORNEY PERSISTS AGAINST COURT CORRUPTION
Here is an exclusive Full Disclosure Network nine minute video update on developments in the Richard I Fine “coercive confinement” case. Appearing in the video is Professor Daniel Henry Gottlieb, who reads from the court transcript and Leslie Dutton providing a summary of the developments.

DUE PROCESS & CIVIL RIGHTS THREATENED
Richard I. Fine, holds a PhD in International Law, and a former U S Department of Justice Anti-Trust attorney who became a successful Taxypayer Advocate. He has been representing himself from his jail cell in the notorious L. A. County Central Men’s Jail which has been described as “worse than Gitmo” where the U. S. government has held convicted terrorists. The video covers abuse of court procedures and the failure of Civil Lilbertarians organizations to come forward in defense of the Constitutional right to “Due Process” and “Civil Rights” in America.
ATTORNEY PLANS TO WIN HIS FREEDOM
Described in the video below are the circumstances that led up to Dr. Richard Fine’s decision to keep on fighting from his jail cell even after the Supreme Court refused to consider the illegal payments made to Judge David Yaffe who ordered Fine held indefinitely in contempt of court following Fine’s exposing the court’s corruption. Confident in his moral position Fine remains in jail and dedicated to what he believes is a moral and principled position.
